Do Not attempt to do business with this "company". Jandri Mulder is very willing to take your payment for her "services", but then disappears. My retired Dad tried to make use of her "services". He paid the money, but then she just ghosted him. After leaving it almost too late, we made enquiries ourselves, and it turns out she at least Registered my Dad on the UIF site. But, she did so on the Old site... (So, no point to that.) And then she abandoned the process. Remember, she is not only costing you the fee for her "services". She is also potentially causing you to loose out on your UIF funds. (There is a time limit on how long after retirement you can claim it. Eight months, I believe.) I hope you read this posting before engaging this "company", and do it yourself (it is Not that hard), or end up at a competent person. HR Labour Management will only mess with your chances of getting your UIF money.

Jandri Mulder from HR Labour Management is a **** artist of note! Do not pay her one red cent to help with UIF claims. She is all smiles and helpful until you pay the R1200. Then she drops off the face of the earth! There is a very special place waiting for a person like this.

My daughter paid them R1200 to do her UIf for Maternity. First they responded to her messages kept on saying it takes 2-6 weeks. After 6 weeks it was said they still busy and for past 2 weeks their phones are off. She contacted UIF today and no claim was made in her name as yet. We bad service

Stay very far away from Jandri Mulder, my elderly parents have been battling to get any reply/response from her since they retired 4 years ago. Very quick to take your money but this one can gaslight you for years and years. She literally just blue ticks you and carries on with her day

We've unfortunately had the exact experience as many people on this platform using Jandri Mulder / HR Labour Management PTY LTD. She happily took the fees to assist with UIF applications and has done nothing further. We submitted all info to her in October 2024, 6 months later and it's the same excuses when she does actually respond (normally there's radio silence). DO NOT use this company. We will be contacting the HR Ombuds to report.

I mandated Jandri Mulder, HR Labour Mangement, Reg. K2017541033, Registered Adress 307 25TH AVENUE, VILLIERIA, PRETORIA, GAUTENG, 0186 to register my UIF Claim on 18 January 2025 and submitted all the documents to her per email on 18 January 2025. Now I do not get any feedback for 3 months now on the progress apart from the automated response. She does not respond to emails, WhatsApp's or telephone calls. Her Facebook profile is blocked, and it seems her company has been deregistered.

I went to DOL myself. Firstly if your company was professional and know what you are doing you would've notice that my documents where not correct. I had to go and pull my marriage certificate and get a temporary ID at home affairs and had to go and change my details at my bank. I went there again 3 weeks ago and submitted my documents. I have to go back on the 11th of November I am not satisfied with the service I habe received from your company at all. In messages you told me I cam not submit manually at DOL which was a lie casue I joined some UIF groups on Facebook after that message and people told me that they themselves have submitted at DOL successfully. I will be leaving my review of your company and the disappointing service I have received online, so that others are aware. You where not able to provide me with the service I have paid for so I am requesting a refund of the R900 that has been paid to you
