Stay very far away from Jandri Mulder, my elderly parents have been battling to get any reply/response from her since they retired 4 years ago. Very quick to take your money but this one can gaslight you for years and years. She literally just blue ticks you and carries on with her day

STOP sending sms's that state that you require the monthly mileage by 20h00 on a certain day in order for the correct debit order to run and when I submit my mileage at 18h54 on the same day YOUR system cannot update the debit order details timeously. Its not your clients problem if you dont have appropriate systems in place!! Just admit that you require the mileage 3 days prior to the debit order date due to your inefficient systems
I have now heard it all. Bestmed covers wound care in hospital but there is no benefit out of hospital on my "plan". You authorise the operation and now that there is this big gaping wound we are on our own. So in essence I need to get a doctor to admit my husband to a hospital for another 8 weeks to benefit from wound care. You will cover the THOUSANDS OF RANDS it costs for in hospital treatment but cannot cover the hundreds of rands for wound care out of hospital.......Please help me understand how this makes any sense at all?

I have made numerous enquiries into my faulty cartrack tracking system and recieve the standard sms as a response "your unit was tested blah blah blah and is in working order. Yes the unit might be working on your side, but this unit is draining my car battery on a daily basis. I have been to numerous battery testing centres and all agree that there is nothing wrong with my car battery, however I have to push start my car every time I have switched it off. I have now been told that I have to pay +-R700.00 for someone to come and "look" at the unit in my car. So I have to now pay to have YOUR FAULTY unit looked at......but of course ,typical, no client service, making money is your main objective.
<p>I had fibre installed by Fibrehoods on 15 June 2017. To date I have yet to have this services activated. Every agent I have spoken to at Mweb has a standard response "someone will contact you within 24-48 hours or they will just connect you" WHEN????? It has now been 7 weeks!!!!! Your standard response every week is getting old. After being a loyal Mweb customer for over 10 years, I am now 100% sure I have made the biggest mistake of my life.</p>
<p>I have over the last two days spoken to 7 different people regarding my contract. I recieved sms's and emails saying I am due for an updgrade, however when trying to cancel my contract I have now receieved 6 different expiry dates???? 3 of the people I spoke to don not understand english at all.... the cancellations consultant gave me such attitude and the put the phone down on me. Same story today, I have been transfered to 3 different people (have to answer ALL the security questions EVERY time) and again the cancellation consultant puts the phone down on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO IN ENGLISH......I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
