My daughter paid them R1200 to do her UIf for Maternity. First they responded to her messages kept on saying it takes 2-6 weeks. After 6 weeks it was said they still busy and for past 2 weeks their phones are off. She contacted UIF today and no claim was made in her name as yet. We bad service
This is the worst bank to be banking at when you past away and you loved ones needs to get what you left for them. I'm lost my dad 16months ago There was not much to inherit but he was always so proud saying there will be at least he savings which he saved so hard on to leave us something. Our execurator went through the whole process of master of court after 8months receiving the documents back it was handed to Absa who said it take up to 6weeks to be finalized it's now been 5months with no luck of finalizing. I as a beneficiary tried phoning but I was only told they extremely busy. Poorest service I have ever received from a bank
Worst service ever. Just got excited buying my first house and decided on FNB. I got a debit order request for 24 February 2025. Accepted it. House got registered and today when phoning them to confirm if my interest rate are correct cause I was promised a discount if I open an FNB account I al of a sudden receive now my statement I must pay 31 January. Phoning them they said I should have received confirmation of the installment due saying I didn't now I'm sent from 1 department to another without any assistance. Putting myself under heavy stress and I'm pregnant with high risk pregnancy
****mers paid R15000 would receive monthly and yearly commission never received a single cent. People who signed you up is just never available no feedback from them at all. Please stay away

Worst finance company ever. With no service. You get send from 1 department to another with no luck on queries. Contact numbers given just tell you someone will assist soon but it only plays music for more than 10minutes using your airtime with no one answering
Trying to retrieve missing money for more than a month. Only reply from fnb is that they will escalate the matter with no luck
Horrible service. Accounts doesn't get paid. When phoning you need to be assisted by a team leader which is just never available, Try asking for a manager also not in as new one is apparently appointed. Struggling since July this year for an account to be paid only promises but no action now I must pay the doctor and still medical aid monthly. This is a disgrace and an excuse for a medical aid fund. They should not even be called medical aid
