I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za the gentleman that spoke with me about pet insurance, was kind, proffecianal and patient with a old lady like myself, he should go very far in his career, very nice young man, he should get more that 5 stars 🌟

<p>We have phoned 4 times to get a quotation for life cover for my husband, I know we are old people, but we shouldn't have to beg for life cover or be discriminated against because of it. </p>
My friend bought a Saeco Incanto De Luxe Coffee Machine from these people a couple of years ago, had it serviced on a regular basis, and then it started giving problems, they took it into durban to be repaired and dealt with a gentleman that just kept charging and charging for repairs to this machine, and they just kept paying, it kept going back and forth and was never repaired properly, late 2013 the machine was once again in Durban and they never heard from them again. I work for this lady and this situation came across my desk and I contacted the company and they requested all the paperwork on this machine which I sent to them. No one contacted my friend and the machine just stayed in Durban, no apology, no credit offered, no proper repairs ever done! and now they are \thinking\" about it, will let us know on Monday. The fact is, repairs were paid for!! machine was never repaired!! no explanation!! no nothing, now it looks like it going to be a case of passing the buck!! service shocking!!! an expensive machine, more expensive to fix and nothing done!! a lot of repairs paid for in cash, others EFT's not hundreds, thousands!!! between R750 - R3200 just for repairs!! ???? "
What can I say, my 2 previous report state that I was denied credit because I am a bad risk for a small loan. I supplied them with 2 full credit reports, was told the system rejected me because of a particular company that made me a bad risk, even after explaining that I owed this company nothing. They told me to contact the company and ask them to update their info at the credit bureau, it took me a number of calls and fighting over the phone and was eventually done and the bureau updated my report and sent it to me at a small cost, still not good enough!!! I have no judgements, no bad debt, not blacklisted, have enough accounts to show I am a good payer, now I am told that their system will take 21 days to update my credit report. This is even after I sent them the report. This loan was for an emergency, now I have to wait another 21 days! God forbid it was for a funeral or hospital! I bent over backwards to give them as much information as I can for this loan. All response I get is to say this matter will now be escalated!! This is hogwash!!!! NOTHING HAPPENS!!! TOTAL DISCRIMINATION! and totally unfair, just a slap in the face for a white woman over 60, SHAME on you RCS!
Got an answer to say they still not willing to give me a loan as I am a bad risk, even after submitting 2 full credit reports that I got from 2 different credit bureaus, stating that I have no judgements against me, not even blacklisted!!! Also after speaking to 2 different people at these credit bureaus and they said there was no reason for me not to qualify for a small loan. Also remembered a retail account I had since 2007 with a company that has kept my account open and gave me stuff without blinking an eye, as my credit standing with them was excellent! Now am told that management have been in meetings and the lady dealing with it will explain all this to management and get a response sometime next week, this was on Friday, the report back I got was on 09:14:53 | Tue 11 Aug 15 from the HelloPeter.com response. Still waiting! as explained, submitted 2 full credit reports, even spoke to the \credit ombudsman"lodged a dispute with them as well. This whole situation is unfair and discriminatory. """
All ready to grant me a loan as I have now got a clean credit report, then changed their minds because my husband is from the United States and we draw all his social security and put it into my bank with my state pension, which amounts to well over R17,000, even with a letter from the states confirming his pension, plus my 3 months bank statements, not good enough! then the next day offer me the loan again and say they have made an exception in my case and then turn around and refuse it because I don't have a clothing account or an account with a jewelry store like Sterns etc!!! How are some people able to get a loan, and because my husband brings in money from the States, his money is not good enough??? I also made an application for a Builders Express card, so we can get some stuff to work on the Koi pond, as this is my husbands hobby, this is also with RCS, still no yes or no in over a week, no sms or telephone call, nothing the call centre said they are waiting for a card number from the store, the store know nothing about it!!! Service is dismal to say the least. This is pure discrimination! I am not asking for tens of thousands of Rands, just need to repair our broken car.
