🚨 Warning to Anyone Considering This Company 🚨 Please be careful. The man who runs this business — who calls himself Freddie — is an absolute ****mer. He gives you a quote, takes your deposit, and then never pitches up to do the job. What follows is a string of excuses, empty promises, and wasted time. You take time off work, cancel your own plans, and wait — but he never arrives. He has no integrity, no conscience, and no respect for other people’s time or money. Worst of all, he doesn’t refund what you’ve paid. I’m sharing this to help others avoid going through the same frustration and loss. Do not trust this man or this company. It is tantamount to theft!
If Zero was an option to rate then I would use it and beyond Wish I had read the reviews before using this company Took them weeks to complete the job They measured incorrectly on certain parts which delayed the job even further They did not waterproof the main awning they said they would Then came back at night to do it It didn’t work My own person had to eventually waterproof it They wouldn’t finalize the job without final payment first so they brought a credit card machine that was dying and if it died due to their fault they wouldn’t complete the job! Luckily it just just managed and then it didn’t have paper to print I took so much time off work for them to complete a job they dragged on with Then I ordered a new gate motor Omg to this day my gate sticks They came out a few times to see But couldn’t get it right They also expensive My brand new awnings from them have now started rusting Worst company Worst customer service Worst experience Before I had their son quote me who works in their family business One of their employees came out He was late and non caring That should have been a sign not to use them I wouldn’t recommend them for all the tea in China and If I could turn the clock back I would never even have them quote me

History: I canceled my home ADSL because everytime it rained the signal went out, and I applied for LTE LTE was accepted and a modem delivered to me (after I had to phone the courier company because Telkom got the address wrong) I installed the modem which does work, however, there is no signal in Fairland where I stay (so Telkom LTE sold me a modem where there is no signal) I phoned Telkom to tell them I would need an external antenna and they agreed This was 2 weeks ago since then I have phoned several times from my cell phone and landline, I have emailed, I have used their website, I have used social media including Twitter Eventually a Thelma Melk called me. She was non caring in the least when I told her I will be available the following Thursday morning for installation She said they would need to come test some time and only then can I apply for an aerial and it can take up to 21 days I explained that I have NO signal at home, am using my cellular data, cannot work or operate without wifi and time is of the essence Thelma made no attempt to hurry the situation for me. Prior to that she said she called me and in essence it rang once and she put down. She then sms'd me to call the call center. There is a general no care attitude despite how absolutely frustrating it is Therefore LTE was a solution for me and was sold to me on the premise that there is signal - in Summary Telkom LTE department are beyond useless I have now asked them to cancel and sent through a cancellation form I have received a bill for R700-00 from Telkom for LTE which I cannot use, and my cell phone data is running up every minute
