Security cameras service
I have used this service in the past and was happy, I had a issue with my camera system to which jude suggested he had a working second hand system for R5200. I agreed and installed it same weekend, I had told jude of two of the cameras from the same day of installation that they were flickering and rolling at night. He came checked connections and left, with said cameras still not actually fixed. I advised him that they still roll and flicker at night, but now he doesn't answer our calls and ignores our messages. R5200 for a faulty system is alot.

My elderly Bought a tazer on 11 March 2023 Never worked,and did not have any user manual or charging cables When he went back 13 March to report this and ask a refund. He was then told they don't do any refunds and they will send it away for repairs He said no. He lost faith in the product and prefer his money back They still refused,and he left He asked me to assist him with the issue I am in store and was met by the same lack of assistance

Wouldnt even give them 1 star if I had the choice. I signed up and was told I could cancel any time, and was given the first 3 months free. Ha what a laugh. Not to be trusted. After a month they still had not put in a radio and started charging me and deducting it off my bank account so I tried to cancel. Apparently its a 36 month contract. Not what I was told. They then broke my gate. I have still not been reimbursed 2 months later and am now being ignored. ADT is a RIP off and not interested in security. A money making racket.

Exceptional Security poor workmanship and bullying customers.
Used Exceptional Security once. Andrew the owner or manager , well.spoken guy. Easy job all.wnt pleasing. Hired them again. The guys which he uses for 15 years. Did poor welding . Awfully skew wheels installed on gate. Cement less concrete.. When reported to Andrew... he wrote that bend down.to look for problems. Treated me.like I'm.his ***** . Wrote it to me. He asked to.send a video showing the gate closes and open . As 8f that video can bypass the .workmanship issue. Paid him.the balance of the money after the bullying towards me. Told him that he cannot write such a things to a customer. Won't recommend this company. Please see the poor job at 67 Amajuba Street Noordheuvel Krugersdorp. Stay away from them
