ABSA INSURANCE PATHETIC SERVICE
ABSA INSURANCE Has anybody to date had any poor feedback from ABSA INSURANCE ? I have e-mailed the email given on the policy , get after two weeks and 5 emails a one liner response back , not even covering my questions that we asked . Really not on !

I HAVE requested B2B HINT to remove my personal information from the WEB . TO DATE ZERO RESPONSE . And want me to pay to have it removed ! When I did not authorize this in the first place ., one big **** .

ABSA debiting insurance off bond account
Can someone please assist. I've sent numerous emails ! No explanation ! We have an existing Absa bond. We have Absa life insurance which gets debited with our bond every month. Then the other day I requested a detailed billing from homeloans. On my statement I noticed they debit our bond account once a year with two amounts adding to nearly R30 000 per year. Now why debit our bond account if already coming off our debit order monthly... Then also this effecting the interest on our homeloan. Can anyone please advise. We are also now selling the home so need urgent answers.

Awesome and reliable
I have to applaude Pickfords for their excellent service. Durban branch Charlene and Cindy, collection ( loading) Richardsbay date was on par and off load in Langebaan was to the T!! The driver and crew extremely professional and handled our household goods with care! I give credit where it's due! Thank you guys for making this very big move a good memory!
