This is the third time I’ve brought my wife to MediClinic Stellenbosch, and sadly, the experience continues to disappoint. Despite repeated visits for the same issue, she has not received any meaningful treatment—just pain medication each time. There’s been no proper diagnosis or follow-up, and no sign of real effort to address the root cause of her condition. Two seperate Drs, Wilson and Naidoo yet no diagnosis. To make matters worse, we’ve now been waiting over two hours on our third visit without being assisted, and yet we're still being charged each time. The lack of urgency, care, and communication is both frustrating and deeply concerning. We expected better from a private healthcare facility. This is not the level of service or care one should receive, especially when seeking help for ongoing health issues. I sincerely hope this review encourages improvements in patient care and accountability at this hospital.
What an absolute nightmare!! My wife took a sip of her beverage and started gagging. When she spit, she found a piece of glass. We found more pieces of glass in her drink. The manager was so unhelpful, didnt even looked bothered. When we phoned the owner Kelly there was no response. So unacceptable, who knows if my wife swallowed more glass.
Purchased goods and have not received any good or an update on my request for the last month. This site is a scam!
