The team at King Shaka Airport are a pleasure to interact with. They dealt with my request calmly and professionally and did all they could to ensure I could be on my way with the smallest delay possible.
The representatives of this company are professional, warm and friendly and infinitely helpful. What a pleasure they all are.
(Departure Lounge) Wimpy at ORT: waiter Mxolisi was great! But the noise from the kitchen was horrific and totally unnecessary. The cooks were shouting at each other and at the waiters, the waiters were shouting at the cooks. No obvious manager to be seen. When my Chicken Slaw burger eventually arrived, it was without slaw. The kitchen had run out. Onion rings were offered as a substitute. I don't eat onion rings. There was no other alternative offered. When the very squashed burger arrived, it was cold and on a chipped and cracked plate. This Wimpy has crash landed. I won't be making use of it again.
I stopped at Fable on the Curry's Post road last Friday. What impressed me more than the perfect pizza and filter coffee was the staff. Our waiter, Jabulani (Jubs), bears a badge proclaiming him to be a Trainee. If his attitude and service are this excellent as a trainee, I eagerly wait to see his progress. He transformed our lunch break into a much-fun break! The others on the Fable team are most impressive. I would return just to interact with them all again. Thank you, Fable people, for a fabulous couple of hours. BTW, the Fable wine list is the best I have seen since returning to South Africa. That would also lure me. But the staff would be my real reason to revisit. Well done!
Do not answer WhatsApp calls or phone calls. Take forever to reply to messages, if at all. Terrible customer service. Can't comment on product as that has yet to arrive months after it should have.

Data & WiFi connectivity has been down locally for the past 12 hours. Various call centre agents offer assistance from "Take your phone to a Vodacom shop" to "I can't help you" to "I can't see a problem on my side". Phone calls & smses: No problem. Mobile data and WiFi connectivity: Non-existent. This is why I have another phone with MTN. MTN connectivity is being used to log this complaint against Vodacom.
