I recently bought a mug from Joyfully made in Centurion and what an excellent service I received. The lady went beyond my expectations. She kept me updated and made the most beautiful mug I have ever seen. She is so attentive and paid attention to detail. What a super star. I’m so impressed. Very well done Joyfully made.

I ordered from Romans Pizza on Friday evening 16 May. My address and unit number are on my app. After the driver Victor picked up my order from the shop I sent him a gate code on the chat, when he gets there he send me a message to send him the gate code I resent the gate code and the block number. I then get a call from uber to say the driver is trying to get ahold of me. I go back on the app and sent another code. The driver then says come to the gate mind you I always order on uber eats and the drivers always come in. I immediately drive to the gate trying to call this guy next thing he has sent a photo of the food on the app and disconnected. I ask the guards at my gate knowing very well they’re not allowed to take parcels they tell me nothing was left at the gate. I then go to the estate opposite to ours thinking maybe he was at the wrong estate even though my estate name is clearly stated there. Those guards don’t know anything either. This was in a matter of less than 5 mins. This driver failed to follow instructions and now I was left with no dinner and money having left my account. I want my money back please.
I went to Fat Cake City Norkem Park. I stood by the till for about 15 mins before anyone came to the front. A man who was standing at the bar next door even noticed this and tried to go call the ladies asking what is it that they’re doing at the back for so long. Eventually both of them came to the front, they did not greet me and then one lady asked what I wanted and then I told her the other then came to the till also didn’t greet and just helped me to pay and gave me my slip. She the. Helped someone else pack their food in. She sneezed so much without closing her mouth onto the blue plastics. I then left to go to the Spar and when I came back my order was ready. Upon opening my order the chips were all burnt and I showed the lady who gave me my order the other lady was laughing by the till this lady then asked if I’d like different ones I responded yes please. She took my food to the back and then in less than 5 mins she came back with the coldest chips that didn’t even look well cooked I tried to just keep quite but the chips were so cold I said why are you doing this the other one responded from the back “what are we supposed to do” I then asked for my money and left the shop. I have been coming to this shop for the longest time, my extended family too. The service received today was beyond atrocious. I have never experienced such bullying and humiliation. Fat cake city Norkem Park this service is disgusting!!!!!

My friends and I went there on Sunday afternoon and wow what an awesome and amazing service from Alicia the manager. I’ve been to many restaurants but I’ve never come across a manager that interacts, listens &.solves minor issues like she did. Well done Alicia and keep up the great service.
