Kholofelo Malesoena provided me with world-class service. For reasons I do not know, my membership in Road Protect expired. Kholofelo Malesoena expedited the reactivation. And I received my Disk within 2 weeks. Great company, and excellent personal attention to customer's needs.

One must be careful who they deal with from Santam. I struggled for days and made many phone calls trying to explain that "the damage to my vehicle was on the undercarriage and did not need "panel beaters'. This went on for days, Sometimes 7 calls a day. Mr. Reggie Witbooi from Capetown understood fully what I needed and I simply gave up trying to explain to someone in Joburg what exactly was wrong. Turns out it was a broken shock due to me having to get off the road from a "holiday maker from GP" in our quiet seaside hamlet. Thankfully they have returned north and my car is fixed, working properly all due to the efforts of Mr. Witbooi.
I cannot express how pleased I am with the service received by Gerhard Botha, Licensed Plumber. My Geyser broke. Being from the States I have only recently even used a Geyser (which is Solar). One visit to see the damage, the next day (today) complete replacement and verification all things are working properly. I strongly recommend Gerhard Botha for your plumbing needs. His crew are kind men, and I sensed Mr. Botha takes the quality of his work personally.
Venantia Ryan, assisted me every stept of the way. There were a number of documents needed by the company but Venantia was superb with her patience with me to dig into old files for the right details. Once completed, she sent me confirmation all as well. Excellent service
You didn't have Dental as an option. Meanwhile this so-called "Dr" has the bedside manner of a mortician. If you can get past that and expect proper service, forget it. 3x to replace a crown. At the last visit, he said "I am going to use a stronger glue". What? Why didn't you do that the 1st time? I wanted other work done which he initially said he could do. Nope. I've gone to a different dentise in Great Brak and am quite satisfied. Landers seems to be one of the 33% Matric students. Avoid him at all cost.
I am constantly having to 'Unsubscribe" myself from subscriptions to games I never requested. Why must I protect myself from abuse like this? Even after unsubscribing (blocking) all such phones, I continually (Daily) get SMS asking me to unblock. Again this is abuse. How can a person working for Vodacom sleep at night knowing they are financially raping people with unrequested subscriptions?
<p>As expected companies such as this one play off the recent changes in SA Immigration Laws saying only they understand the "ins-outs" of the new rulings and one can not even trust Embassy staff to know them well enough to propoerly obtain a VISA. This is totally false.<br /><br />I fell for this ploy only to discover I was correcting mistakes made by Intergate immigration Services. <br /><br />We complained to our Account Manager, asking for another associate to work our account, but our request fell on deaf ears. And when complaining to their Dir. of Operations (Bjorn van Niekerk), he said the mistatkes were minor.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mistakes mde included, but not limited to, the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>* Incorrect weekly updates (citing what were received by the company)<br />* Incorrect notice of payments (it eventually was sorted out, but poor internal communication for sure)<br />* Receiving document(s) for another client (could have been a violoation of privacy acts in the USA) *<br />* Misprinting of both my wife and my name on our application<br />* Date of my prior divorce was listed as the date of my current marriage (not a winner for the wife eh?)<br />* No amount provided for payment to Embassy (I found this out for them)<br />* Incorrect Payee for Bank Check (to Embassy) - caught this one in time</p> <p><br />Those are but a few of the mistakes I was correcting even on the day of my flight to the Embassy, with the sharing of another clients details warranting judicial prosecution, if not a demotion in their ranking for ISO compliance.<br /><br /></p> <p>Consider all this happened after a week of their "QC" efforts. What QC value was added except keeping the incompetent employed?<br /><br />Be warned. Do it yourself. It is not that complicated. Concated your local Embassy, obtain in writing everything that you need and make your appointment. Save yourself grief and money.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
