The worst insurance via ABSA bank, I wanted to give them Zero because their service is so bad and they lie so much. When you call they take you from pillar to post. I claimed end of February 2026 I am still waiting for feed back. One agent will tell you this and another will say a different story. They actually want you to give up and fix your car yourself when you pay every month. WORST EVER
Why is it so difficult to cancel MTN contract. I have been trying to call them since 9am its now 11:30am and I am still listening to the **** music with no help. I made so many calls with no help. :( I have been calling 135 and have been put through to so many different consultants and they all say "please hold while I put you through to the cancellation department" the next thing I am still listening to the music... :(
I have a really bad experience this time around with MTN, I have upgraded my phone on the 27 November 2017 and the package included AIRTIME, DATA, MINUTES. Till to date, I have not received my AIRTIME, DATA, MINUTES. I have been calling them with regard to my package and all I get is the incompetent call center agents, they give me reference numbers as tell me to call after 24 hours. It has been now days and am still waiting for my AIRTIME and DATA. The only thing I get is different explanations and reference numbers. This is really unprofessional and unacceptable. Come billing time they will be the first to bill. This is really bad service after all the year I have been a very loyal client.
