I bought a demo/used Honda Jazz at the end of March 2021. I went through two sales people at the branch in the space of a week. Handover was done at Fury Ptn as I couldn't drive to PMB. The initial sales invoice had the incorrect mileage. They had it listed at a lower mileage, which is how it was advertised. Handover was rushed, their finance person was off at month end, I had to rely on the finance person at Fury Ptn to assist where possible. It took me 2 weeks to get it amended. I had to go to the dealer principle who only called back as I threatened to escalate the matter. I have waited since then for my new registration. I was eventually called back to tell me the COR had expired. I discussed arrangements and it's now been two weeks. The entire process has been painful due to shocking service and poor management.

<p>I placed an order at beginning of December 2016. I ordered online but queried free delivery which was on site as when I tried to process payment it charged more. </p> <p> </p> <p>The company waived the delivery free but since then nothing. I have had to phone, regardless if they say they will contact you. It never happens.</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested a refund after a month of being told it was on its way. The refund had been paid according to the owner. When I asked him to read my account number it was a digit short.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have an email with this information. He told me I'd have to wait for my refund until he sorted that out. Haha no. </p> <p> </p> <p>So my question is, legally is there anything to do from here? I'm over waiting and wasting my airtime. Emails go unanswered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'd also like to figure out how to make sure their business practice is looked into as they run more than one online business. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
