Never Buy from Royal Tent
Royal Tents - Never buy from this company I bought a Vip toilet which I negotiated to pay a price of R70 000.00 which included delivery cost on quotation (still have copy of the quotation ) instead of delivering the unit on agreed time frame they failed which result to me losing my first potential customer . On doing the investigations with regards to delivery of the unit on time I was told by Stacy one of their employees that quoted me for the unit that I need to pay R2500.00 for the unit to be delivered cause his Boss won't release the unit without delivery fee paid even though it was included on the quotation . She kept on apologising and insisted that I pay the R2500.00 if I need the unit to be delivered , wish eventually I paid cause I was going to lose my first customer . Guess what still the unit was not delivered on agreed time had to organize with my other competitor to help me to assist the customer . Still on arrival of the unit on the later date the unit was so untidy with unprofessional fittings on the unit . Still complaint to the company even to the directors but had no response from anyone . Wrote emails called the branch no one wanted to assist . Even tried asking the guy who works in one of their branch in Pretoria who also told me why did I buy it from their Head Office in durban I should have bought it from their branch . GUYS NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THESE ARE CROOKS.

Never buy or support this dealership
<p>I bought a car Mercedes c180 3yrs ago from primo executive cars a day after delivery of the vehicle I got stuck at a mall and the car s****ed showing other warning signs I then report all the faults with the dealership within a week after delivery of the car but they kept postponing fixing the car until payment from the bank reflected to their account that's when they s****ed showing their arrogance . I then decided to leave it but currently I've s****ed to seek legal action as I've never enjoyed the car since buying it and its now worse - those that are complimenting them I'm sure they have been paid to do so or work for this dealership</p>
