<p>Good Day </p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday the 30 September 2016 i went to Pick n Pay Carnival Mall. The particular product that i wanted was out of stock which was the Mr Muscle Tile cleaner Banded pack. I was told that they were out of stock. I had asked the manager if they would allow me to take the single Tile cleaner at the same price since they were out of stock and i was already at the store. The manager Jabulile was so rude and just said no and that i must just take a rain check. Her attitude stings and i would never shop at Pick n Pay Carnival Mall anymore. I shop at places where i get service. </p> <p> </p> <p>As per my previous experiences with Pick n Pay they always try to satisfy the customer, for example : Pick n Pay Lakefield previously when they did not have the banded pack they gave me the singles at the same price as the banded pack because they had it advertised and it was their fault that they did not have stock. Another time when i went to Brentwood Pick n Pay they were out of stock of the Omo auto 3kg which was on special so they gave me a 2kg +1kg at the same price they had the 3kg advertised at. </p> <p> </p> <p>Pick n Pay Carnival Mall needs to learn customer service especially the manager as its a managers attitude that would either affect the staff in lower positions in a negative or positive way. I could see that even the cashier had the same attitude as the manager. This is disgusting. My point is that Pick n Pay advertised a product on special and then does not have stock of the product so the customer must take a rain check for when and if Pick n Pay has stock. If you advertise a product and its on special ensure that you have sufficient stock then us as customers do not have to face the managers bad attitude. </p>
<p>I had taken my car initially to Superquick Benoni who had referred me to Dunlop Zone Benoni since they were busy. Dunlop Zone Benoni had done wheel alignment and balancing on my car. I did not feel my car was right after the wheel alignment and balancing was done and did not take it back to them as they only provided a 24 hour guarantee on the wheel alignment and this was done on a Saturday. On the Monday i called to ask for the wheel alignment print out which is normally given when wheel alignment is done but unfortunately i was not given one on that day. They did say i should come and they will provide the printout. I did not go back as when i checked my tyre pressure , my 2 front tyres had 2.5 bar , 1 back tyre was 1.8 bar and the other back tyre was 2 bar when all tyres were supposed to be 2.2 bar, so now i did not trust them and took my car to Tiger Wheel and Tyre who checked my car and said that the wheel alignment and balancing is off and they had redone it which had cost me an additional amount. After speaking to a friend i was advised to call Dunlop Zone and tell them what happen and the additional fee that it had cost me. I did call Dunlop Zone Benoni and they did apologize and said that i could come through with the Tiger wheel and Tyre invoice and they will refund me. I went to Dunlop Zone Benoni on Friday last week and was told that the Director does not want to refund me as Tiger Wheel did not guarantee Dunlop Zone work. Would you go back to a place who did your wheel alignment and balancing where they did not check and put the tyres back on with different pressure , you do not receive a report once the wheel alignment is done and where after paying you notice that it has a 24 hour guarantee? If it was done on a Saturday , how can you take your car back in the new week ( Sundays they are closed) when it has a 24 hour guarantee?</p> <p> </p> <p>I had then contacted Dunlop directly to relate my experience and Dunlop just conveyed what i said to the Dunlop Zone in Benoni and came back to me to inform me of what Dunlop Zone benoni said to them but the issue was never really resolved. I wanted a refund since you do not make a person a fool in telling them to come back and collect a refund and when they go there , the person is told that they will not refund. After this experience i will advise anyone to go to Dunlop Zone Benoni for any sort of service. </p>
<p>End of April i had applied for the telephone thinking that it is a landline , well that is how the sales person explained it to me. Once i received the telephone i had difficulty in connecting it so i contacted the call centre who could not assist me , then i went to the store and was advised at the store that i was given a landline with a cellphone number. That was NOT what i wanted so i asked them to cancel it. It took forever before this was can cancelled. Over the weekend i received an invoice stating that i owe telkom a cancellation penalty fee. Why should i pay this if your consultants are not trained properly to explain exactly what they are promoting let your consultant pay it since he did not explain it properly. I asked for a landline , and he said that it is a landline. Throughout the conversation not once did he mention that it is landline phone with a cellphone number and that we would be charged the same rates as calling from a cellphone to landline or Landline to cellphone. I already have a cellphone contract. Had i known that it is more like a cellphone contract i would have never taken it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disgusted with the service received from Telkom. It will be a miracle if Telkom actually calls me to settle this issue or maybe it will take a few months with 100s of calls and complaints on hellopeter to get this query sorted out. </p>
<p>Good Day </p> <p> </p> <p>I have purchased the OVHD in December 2015 from Game Benoni. It is not even 12 months and the remote has stopped working even though i have put in new batteries . I have contacted Game Benoni and they have said that i would need to buy another remote. I do not think its practical to keep purchasing a new remote and especially so that its not even 1 year. <p>Good Day </p> <p>I have logged a complaint on the 12 May 2016 on hellopeter.com. The response was that someone would contact me , reference number SM232645. To date no has contacted me. I have gone into the closet store and theyhave said that this is a landline phone with a cell number , that is not what i wanted , i needed a landline with a landline number. Anyway i asked them to cancel this for me. They logged the case on the 13 May 2016 , case number :19021963. I was told that response time takes 48 hours. Guess what its a week and i have still not received a reply. Kindly advise when this will get sorted out? </p>
<p>Good Day </p> <p>I have received the Huawei wireless home landline from Telkom on Tuesday 10/05/2016. I had an online chat will Telkom technical on Tuesday who advised i should wait 48 hours for it to be activated. I had an online chat with Tekom technical who said that they cannot pick up my details and they transferred me to someone who said that they cannot assist as they cannot pick up my details. I called 081 180 who transferred me to sales and sales transferred me again and they said that they cannot help , i have to contact 10213. Well i did try this number but you hold on forever.
