I have one issue with Platinum Life. My surname is still not corrected on their system. It’s a bit disappointing because I’ve been married for 6 years now, and how could it possibly be that it’s not adjusted yet? But other than that, I would like to stick with them, it really seems like a good policy to have. My mother is really happy and she is with them for years now… I’m never leaving them again and truly believe it’s a small price to pay.
Jaco Naude was easy to talk to. He immediately picked up on my Afrikaans and switched over to make it easier for me. Jaco was friendly, easy to communicate with, I could understand everything he said and he happily explained when needed. He even cracked a joke or two. I feel comfortable knowing that I can reach out to him anytime when I need to. He invited us to bring our pet over for a meet and greet (which we would gladly do) 😀 I had numerous friends and family members recommending Dotsure and I finally took the step. I am very disappointed in the company Dryland Event Management. They work with Momentum Medical scheme as well as Biogen products. They manage cycling events and other sporting events. We signed up, paid and ordered clothing for the Attakwas cycling event in South Africa (Garden Route) but due to Covid the date changed twice. We could never reach them via telephone, we could never get a straight answer via email. They only returned my mail after the closing date of event changes. I wanted to know will I lose my money or can I book another event with a credit? AND will I get my clothing we bought at least because it was very expensive and we didnt cycle so can we maybe use that as credit. Still no answer. The event is done a month ago and still no answer. They got their money and we lost. I will never support them. My family are big cyclists we did more than 12 Argus cycle tours and we will never support them again. We will move from medical aid and we won't buy Biogen products anymore. (We always did I am in the healthy industry and I am so disappointed for them to support a bad company like Dryland.) They could have handled it better. We were a big family that was suppose to ride but we couldn't make the event but still wanted to opt at least for another event or the next one. BUT not a peep from them. They can't talk to me. The lady ignored me once I asked her about my credit. She never returned a mail but initially when I sent a mail that read URGENT in the subjet she asked how she could assist and then? She disappeared because she knew she was supposed to get back to me before the event but didn't. Covid made things hard to get organised so we at least expect companies to understand we don't have money to throw around. Just be gentle and gracious with your clients.

i BOUGHT A CAR AT KIA MOTORS MENLYN FROM JP, THE SALESMAN WAS EXCELLENT. REALLY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME WITH PATIENTS (AS I AM A LADY - NOT ALWAYS SURE OF THE HIDDEN COSTS AND PERKS OF BUYING A NEW CAR) HE REALLY HAD MY MIND AT PEACE. I received excellent service from Busisiswe Nkwanyana to explain the policy, what they can offer me etc. BUT now I am terribly worried that it is going to end up in a disaster after all the reviews I have read on hello peter? Can anyone advise me, stay or run away please? Because now I am not sure if I should stay with them?
