I am submitting this report to highlight the extremely unprofessional and ********* treatment I have received from this company. My contract with them has already expired. After giving them an opportunity to match my current provider's offer—which they failed to do—I provided a one-month notice and proceeded with plans to port my number. However, when my new provider attempted to port the line, this company refused to release it. They are now insisting on a 120-day notice period, even though the contract had already come to an end. This is unreasonable, unfair, and appears to be a deliberate attempt to block me from leaving. I made it clear that I will not pay for 120 days of charges for a contract that has already expired. To make matters worse, the same consultant, Nicole from the Johannesburg branch, who previously made racially inappropriate comments toward me, is now the person refusing to release my line. The account manager, Stefan Bekker, has also been unable to offer any meaningful support or clarity. When I first joined the company, the original team was professional and hands-on. The current team, however, has shown nothing but obstructive behaviour, including blocking clients and making unfounded demands. I am asking for immediate release of my number and confirmation that no 120-day penalty or additional charges will be imposed. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope this complaint results in corrective action.
im discovery broker and have been for a while my code has recently been opened for discovery bank. i was moved to a green stone branch and i gave them 253 sales in 1 month which the paid fine month 2 628 clients and all of a sudden im paid for only 35. i ask why they tell me thats the only client that are due for payments. i showed them how my client are transacting i get ignored. i tell my brokers consultant jayden he tells me hes playing golf i must be patiant. so i told him i cant be patiant if i have consultants that needs to get paid. his boss chantell calls and tells me i dont talk to his consult like that and she firing me as a broker she made me a favor a black broker from soweto. i told her to do as she pleases but she must do the right thing and pay so she can fire me peace. now she bloched my calls and stopped answering my mails. so i have no one to talk to and discovery has 628 client of mine, that hasnt been paid. i was fine all along with my little sales in short term cause i didnt know writting a lot causes a problem. now my client are calling me saying discovery is selling them credit cards i tell he i get no responce. im very dissapointed at such a reputable company, that theres people like that working for that organisation. the branch is greenstone branch. Chantel and Jayden sre the people im referring to i just wish i could be onborded by a branch that could value me as a broker. all i asked them was to pay commission on my sales. now it looks like they sold the sales to other ppl to sell credit cards
poorest service ive ever received in my life, i join the club as a premium client in july and i was told that i should go collect my back at the club on the first of september so from the 1st till now in asking formy bag nothing the head office is so bad that the agent the activared has the guts to tell me to call her when im calm as if im her boyfriend. The worst experience I've ever had from a bank. I took a loan on the 19th and used some of the money in 2 days they put the rest of the money on hold. I go back to the branch they tell me my payslip is being doing ***** so they'll verify my details And get back to me. I went back in a week. They were done verifying me and said help test must release. Help desk says ***** must do it. Now I've being calling daily being send to different departments. I just want ant to know if they're gonna derbit the agreed amount or we gonna sign a new agreement with a reduced amount. No one in Capitec can answer that question. I'm so mad cause it's full of *********** ppl that all need to be replaced. I've got recordings that if I was thei boss I'll be embarrassed to listen to. I just want to pay and close this account.
price lock is a bigger scam than i thought still after the sayed theyll call me after my review nothing they reply on hallo peter just to act like they care when in reality they dont they think theyre bigger than their clients
No one in the lives should take price lock its the worst thing you could so to yourself theres no price lock customer service and normal call center cant help you. Their amounts are inconsistent and the no finance team to help so. Don't make a mistake. 8210115669084.
Dstv is in competent i regret why I did this pricelock think i have the day i did it. They billed me wrong on September with R1500. I called the call centre over 5 tomes to help me the locked calls to finance promising me to be called no one ever did. I then told them im gonna reverse till they called no one called. Month 2 still the same thing no one could explain from the call centre i asked for a call to be logged to finance still nothing. I reversed and told them everytime the bill wrong ill reverse no one did. 3rd month same thing.then I went to the service centre the switched me back on and told me thell fix and get someone to call to arrange to pay the right amount no one did. This company hates their clients i dont know y they even exist. No one can add it me at call centre they give me bombers to sms nothing happens. So im so stuck. My id number is 8210115669084.
Absa is starting to to make difficult for me I don't know if it because I'm close to finish paying them or what my vehicle instalment went up by 2000 with out them notifying me. When I call them they tell me it's insurance one asked himself what insurance when they don't even have my correct address. I told the lady it's always going to bounce cause that not my regular installment and I asked them to remove the insurance because the car doesn't have and engine in fact I wanna get rid of it cause I've never eve driven it for 2 years I'm just hindering my payment till I'm done. Ok they'd don't wanna listen they do the same thing again and the third month. They don't care about my request and thus side they messed up my itc I can't buy anything now for something that was forced on me. Without any notification even when I explained they don't really care about me as a client. I'm regretting being financed by them eish I don't know what's gonna happen again this month

<p>I got a 3 months settlement quote from Westbank and I settled according to the quote and all af a sudden I was told that there's a person dealing with my account and all of a sudden the online settlement they don't know if and only policy service knows about it and I must pay another 4000 to settle. This is so unprofessional coming from a bank especially the fact that I send them the settlement quote I have. The person dealing with the account his number doesn't even work I called about 5 times.
