We have issues with our electricity. I call was logged and several followups done. still no service. all they say is that they are aware of the call. I am helpless and not sure what to do. All they good at is taking bribe for illegal connections. we have had no electricity for 4 days now. I am not sure how long are we supposed to wait.

I am not happy with how the voucher option worked out for me. Miway got a quotation from a different service provider which quoted less, but then gave a Makro voucher which cost a little more on the same model TV. My problem is; now I will have to pay R300 more on my access. why not give me the voucher from the same service provider so the price/cost is the same!?
After waiting for delivery, they don't deliver everything. then we had to eat rice with our hands because there is no s**** or fork.
<p>I had just been trying to correct my address several times with FNB, sincd last year and its still not corrected. Today this lady(Rmudzuli) from FNB Arcadia told me its not her but somebody else. I really dont care who assisted me first, they all work for FNB. Please just help me. Now i have to go through the whole process again. what happened to the information i provided them with when opening 3 accounts with them? they keep writing their address dont know where they got it from. </p>
