Misleading Advertising
They let you spin a wheel and no matter how many times you spin the wheel it always land on 100% discount. You then have to fill in a form with all your details. They then want your credit card detail for the R70 Postal fee. Once you have sent this information they mention that an amount of R1806 will be billed for continued monthly access. However they do give a number where you can cancel the monthly billing but I still feel that this misleading advertising. They now also have your details so that they can bother you all the time.

Iemas reserve payment
I visited the Iemas offices in Secunda to resign as a member on the 14th of March 2016. I was told that it will take 6 to eight weeks for payment to be made. I visited the Iemas office again on the 10th of May 2016 and was then told that the resignation was only captured on their system on the 20th of April 2016. Six weeks after I submitted all do***ent required by Iemas!!!! I was then informed that my payment will only be made during the first week in June. I had to cancel an appointment with a specialist as my payment was not made. I regard my wellbeing as very important and this was unacceptable. I lodged a formal complaint on the 11th of May 2016 and they have not had the decency to contact me in any way regarding my complaint. I think there service are pathetic!!!! From Ellouise Campbell.
