Ordered in August, but never received the book. The place is a scam and fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
To whom this may concern, never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence. I have dealt with medical aids in the past, but you must seriously reconsider your systems and staff capabilities. We are not getting any feedback on any of our queries. Not once, since September when the claims started. You are quick to take premiums but it is so convenient to say "that is the correct email, but there is nothing on the system". Please provide urgent feedback! You have had this since 06/10/2022. Please confirm if you have a working system and competent people, if so your turnaround time has reached the deadline some MONTHS ago... I tried to register Chronic, no feedback, We had authorization, but somehow their systems lose information until they somehow dig deep and find it. How is this possible?
Stole my money and then the lines went dead.
Item never received, was weird from the beginning they had excuses. Long story short the numbers they add to the business just goes on that call center tune forever. Total scam, never received my item, and when requesting feedback they only give vague answers. I gave up, which I assume is their end game. Gearify order 20614765.
Wanted to sign up for the Fixed LTE month-to-month deal in-store. When you go in, they simply can't find the deal they advertise and when you ask to inquire about this, they say that they can only email them the query. When one asks about the turnaround time, they state that it takes longer. What an answer. I asked if we could contact them as I need the service for work at home, they say we can only email them. Really bad service.
My internet has been off for more than a week. I have not once received feedback from Afrihost regarding the issue. I have to follow up and they conveniently have to escalate it. It just never ends up being resolved and you're left in the middle with nothing to do. Terrible service and feedback. They once were pretty good at customer service, unfortunately now they suck.
One of the worst companies to provide Feedback. I am still waiting for feedback on my query in March, April, and May. I have consistently requested feedback and they keep asking the same questions, "what's your ID number?" - takes an hour to respond - "I handle multiple chats at a time, I may not always be able to respond in a prompt manner. Your patience is appreciated." You just never hear from them. It's terrible. I know people kind of overreact on these platforms, but if anyone is really considering Afrihost, let me send you my string of conversation with them. I really won't mind. It's really bad.... Then you will see they are really terribly incompetent and very bad at providing feedback. No one knows what going on. You have to ****erally) do your query from the beginning every time. If it's not sorted by the moment you are eventually connected (I say eventually, because it does take more than a day for them to reply) then you have to do everything over.
My reference number on my day-long struggle with setting everything up as Afrihost would have wanted it (now that's resetting the router, the whole works), was: [#CJH-**********3]: Lines Query. My internet is still slow, although I am not sure what is slower, Afrihost to provide feedback or my internet....? I must say, you are pushing the limits of 0.6 -0.8 mg upload is slow for my 40 meg line. I pay the full premium and experience this **** internet not only for a month but for most of my time with Afrihost. That s not fair! I want this sorted out or at least some FEEDBACK. What's the use? It's always the same, never an answer, feedback, or anything. It never gets resolved. I'm just over it. Any suggestions? I am even considering going back to Telkomas they can't surely be worse than Afrihost. When in my life did I ever think I would utter those words... wow Afrihost, you really did it this time.

Very impressive! I made a mistake with my order online and the lads at 247 Hunter were so helpful to rectify my problem. Well done! To make it even better my order was there the next day with a cool gift to say sorry for the inconvenience, it wasn't even their mistake :D Boom, well done 247 Hunter!
