No Service!
I have been trying to reach Coricraft since last year, via email, wassap and phone, multiple times, and ZERO response. Nobody comes back to you. Not sure what more I need to do! I bet nobody is going to respond to this either

SPAM CALLS!!!!! Where in the world are you getting my information and telephone number from? I have never dealt with you, and as per the POPI act - I feel this is a gross violation. Will you please STOP calling me so many times a day! I've blocked your number!!! WOW

SHOCKING SERVICE AND LACK OF CLIENT SERVICE
We bought a bed from THE BED SHOP in NORTHGATE on the 31st of Jan 2018 for my daughter who weighs 55kgs (so well within the weight limit) and the bed has deteriorated since purchase. I contact the store owner in 2020 to ask about getting it either replaced or repaired. Unfortunately I misplaced our invoice - but gave them a copy of our bank statment which clearly shows the date of purchase and their shop name. I also sent pics of the bed as they requested, and was told they would send an area manager to asses... I am still waiting and now told that they will not accept our proof of purchase. We were also told that 'it's too much effort' to look in their records for our purchase!!! Oh my word - really???? If I had this attitude with my clients - i'd have to close my doors! What happend to going the extra mile? What happend to customer service? What happend to trying to assist our clients? Your service to date has been shocking to say the least! Even spoken to head office and that was an absolute waste of my time!

Shocking Service
<p>After months of promises, continued begging for service, we are at our wits end trying to get a refund from Rochester. They keep promising to resolve the issue, but nothing ever happens. Head Office is a joke - no-one ever answers their phones, you leave messages, and never get a call bac**** I would never recommend anyone purchase their products as they are defective, and their after sales service is shocking!!!! </p>
