8 days for one simple transaction
I transferred money from the ZAR account to the USD account and after 8 days the money STILL is not available in USD account. This caused me to miss numerous opportunities to invest in a potential good buy. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. They charge 0 monthly fees because you won’t get assistance via email.

Terrible customer services!
Terrible customer services! Not understanding at all Hired a costume a few hours before an event, the event was postponed to the following weekend due to rain. I asked Gail if I just rent it again the next weekend and pay the refundable deposit. With a terrible attitude she did not give me a refund and stated that I will have to pay an hire plus deposit fee again next weekend. plus the costumes is way too expensive for the quality. Wouldn't recommend them.

Online service is a joke
Would not recommend using their online services AT ALL! My parcel was “handed” over to the currier service on Wednesday but still haven’t got it. Oh and they don’t respond to email i have sent and don’t worry neither does anyone pick up the phone when you call the call center it just goes dead!

The salesman Michael Van Zyl is probably one the best salesman they have. I have never met a salesman with this much context and knowledge about the cars, he helped me choose the best car for me !

Avoid this scam!!!!!!!!
<p>i have struggled almost 4 weeks with option Rally trying to get my money out of my account but it can’t happened with the same excuse …</p> <p>My ‘Account Manager’ is supposed to call me to confirm the withdrawal but he never calls not even once and evry day I contact optionrally and they just advise that they will forward my call to the account manager and have him contact me.</p> <p>All my money is in that account if someone can please tell me what I should do ??</p> <p> Total calls made to OptionRally Compliance : 28</p> <p>Total call backs requested to Account manager which no call happened: 20</p> <p>Total emails sent to account manager with no reply : 20</p> <p> </p>
