That a client is expected to believe in BS and kept waiting weeks for material that eventually there is no stock and we must wait till February 2021 for the factory to reopen, poor measurements and then having to except their alterations to correct this is unacceptable. Sadly supporting local is not lekka! Think twice!

Splash pool
They do not complete the work ensuring that all is operational, excuse and more money is requested due to excuses of their stock being stolen so u feel sorry for them and pay them more to help but when the pool pump doesn't work that they fitted they don't want to return to check it. Very unprofessional and unethical.... Sadly makes one trust no one!

Smael After Sales Service Poor
I bought a 2 watches from Smael on 26 Oct 2019 and received both on 31 Oct however my wifes watch the strap kept unclipping , she tried it a few times till eventually with frustration a day or 2 max later told me she could not operate with a watch that kept unclipping .On the 3rd Nov 2019 I contacted Smael on their whatsapp app they supply and was informed i needed to clip it in correctly , its not rocket science which i informed them and i had also tried , i requested a refund and was directed to their site to follow the email refund request process , ive sent emails for a refund of my Wifes watch 3 times already, 5th /7th & 8th Nov , requesting read receipts but with no response . The company seem to provide excellent sales assistance when sealing a sale but when it comes to honouring their after sales refund policy are slow to non-responsive! I wouldnt support Smael again just because of the poor after sales customer experience!

Ford Paarden Eiland Poor Repairs.
Very poor repair service ....none of my problems resolved and im only on 20000km service.... I was warned about Paarden Eiland C.T bad service reputation. Tool day off work to service and so disappointed!!!
