I bought a Gas Geyser online from Builders warehouse Zambezi on 09 March 2022. My delivery was for 28 March 2022. On the day of the delivery I called to ask what time must I expect the delivery and I was informed that I will receive a call. I called again on 29 March 2022 and I was told there is a delay of the delivery due to a delay from the supplier. i called again on 30 and 31 March 2022 but nothing. I then decided to cancel the order. Upon cancellation I was then informed that my order was given to a walk-in customer. I have email proof of this. Meaning I had been waiting for nothing. Now I have to wait for my money to go to a different store to buy this geyser which might be at a higher price seeing that winter is near. Builders warehouse wasted my time, money and had disregard for me. Do yourself a good favour and don’t buy from their online store. There are many other competitors around.
Old Mutual is the worst insurance. My mother pays monthly premiums without fail. Now geyser burst and you tell the client that you don’t cover geyser components and labor. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Advice to everyone considering Old Mutual, please DON’T. You’ll be throwing your money in the toilet. We will be fixing it from our own pockets…
Terrible service from RAM. I was supposed to get my router today from Vodacom. Got a call at 10:55am that the delivery is at the gate with no prior arrangement. Told them I’m not at the house but I will do my best to be there at 14:00. Called the driver at 13:00 to inform him that I’m driving home and he said I must tell him when I’m home. Called at 13:45 that I’m home and he says he will not come, it’s Friday his weekends needs to start. Why did I have to leave work early to accept a delivery only to be told that i will not get it today. I then tried to arrange to either drive to them or their warehouse, just to try and get my router and that failed too as they have to come to my home. Now the inconvenience of having to buy data over the weekend while I sort this out. Who ever awarded RAM with this tender made a terrible mistake. Judging by the comments, this company is bad news. I hope Vodacom will stop this before they lose too many clients.
<p>My premium was due for an annual increase and i complained about this. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Amore Barnard and her service was very excellent. She was very patient with me and did her best to meet me half way. My premium was then reduced below what I'm currently paying. Thank you guys...</p>
<p>Now these guys are on a high level of corruption. Took my car to them to have my wiper blades replaced and the was a leak on my window washer system. For a week my car was there. Nothing was done on it, when i went to them they gave me stories but asked me to leave my car with them again. The second week they gave me a quotation and i paid for parts to be ordered. I paid on Sa****ay and was told the part will arrive Tuesday. When i called on Friday to arrange to pick up the car i was only then told the parts havent arrived. Then about an hour i was told the parts arrived, 3 mechanics are working on my car.<br /> <br />I was informed to pick it up at 1630B. After picking up the car i realised nothing was done on it. I had told the sevice agent that i have to drive to johannesburg. I asked for my refund of the money i paid and the refused, asking me to go to another VW which i did. The car was eventually fixed by the other VW. i then noticed that i have a balance left for me. When i asked for this money the manager refused telling me that he will send me a break down of things that were done on the car meaning he wont be paying me.<br /> <br />I have a different car of a different brand and i never experienced such, so I'm not sure if it is VW having such poor service or it is only Cape City VW. Terrible service and dishonest people. If i had driven to johannesburg, i would have never gotten my car fixed. Mr Manfred Haf get your dealership in order please.</p>
