Worst health care assistance ever.
My name is Nicole Petersen. I would really like to inform you of my terrible 2nd visit to this hospital. Firstly about 2years ago my husband dislocated his collar bone. After doing x-ray's they told him nothing was wrong. The dislocated bone is now standing out, you can see the bone is loose. Then Wednesday I was referred to them by a general practioner who agreed with me of the possibility of cyst on my ovaries as I have all the signs. After getting there 3:30pm they told me they can't confirm my medical aid as it was after hours. The closing time for the call centre where they have to confirm the medical aid closes 4pm. Then after a very vague examination they tell me it's just a infection. Without doing a ******l scan. When I ask them about it they said I must return on Monday to do the scan as the facility is closed where they must get the machine from. I'm still in the worst pain ever. I doubt I'll ever use them again

R90 airtime and still no answer.
<p>Good day all, </p> <p>This morning i have been trying to get hold of the department of labour UIF Claims. I had loaded airtime of R30 thrice and still I got cut without speaking to someone. I am deeply saddend by the fact that these people take our money ev ery month, yet when we need to claim they are so hard to get hold of. All i would like to know is how far my application is, however for someone who is unemployed i cannot afford to load so much airtime and still not get an answer, please empoly more people to answer the phones if you have such a high volume of calls. This is really pathetic. If anyone of the claims department view this experience kindly get one of your call centre consultants to conatct me on my email address **********

My debit orders has not gone off since February
<p>My debit orders seems to be hanging on their side.</p> <p>It does not go off and on my credit status what i owe is just increasing. i refuse to pay lawers fees. please contact me to resolve this. My life has to go on i cannot sit with these on my credit status.</p>

Still waiting for debit orders to go down.
<p>I spoke to a yuppie cash consultant sometimes over three months ago regarding my outstanding amount with them.</p> <p>I keep getting sms' sauying they will deduct on such a date but till today nothing has been done. This is messing up my credit score. i need this sorted out asap please.</p>
