I approached PXNMORE to assist with manufacturing display cabinet as I saw the work on their website, the co-owner who assisted indicated it take 2 days to make the display. I then paid for 1 cabinet and hoping when I like the outcome I will order a 2nd one, after payment Mario said it will be ready in a week as it needs time, it has been 4 weeks now. 1st he said the guys didn't do a good job so he will re do it, 2nd they have lots of work I can come to the shop to see that they are legit and I went, 3rd time he said they were busy with the top and they are finishing off. 4th time he said it will be ready this week and unfortunately I can't wait any longer if they can refund please as when I was doing follow-ups he threatened to refund me if I can't wait. I have been waiting for the refund since last week...I don't know if I'm scammed or they can't do they work and failed to say so. I need my refund to go buy elsewhere I'm desperate for the display cabinet....I received the poorest service ever with lack of communication. This company does not keep to it's promise I
<p>For almost 2 months now i'm trying to query R750 VG subscription for ********** 318 that was deducted from my account on the 25 April, this was an inconvenience and now getting answers and requesting a refund has been a pain via the contact ccenter ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been transferred from one department to anonther almost daily trying to get my money back...Ashwin Abrams gave hope when he said a service request was logged and the R750 refund will reflect on Vodacom account on a certain Friday so i should call then...i'm so frustrated right now should i go to Vodaworld or consult laywers as i have been charged for something i don't know of.</p> <p> </p> <p>I request feedback concerning this ********** 057 as i'm complaining on Hello Peter for the 2nd time now.</p>
<p>I'm agrieved and frustrated at this stage, Vodacom deducted an extra R750 from my account on the 25th April, my premium is R498 which standard monthly. I have been trying to get help via the contact center which transfers from one dept to another and without any joy i still have received my refund as i'm told the 750 is some vg subscription that i haven't signed up for, i get promises to be called back after the investigation and calls are not returned. This was such an inconvenience to me and the 25th is approaching again not sure if my money will be taken again like that. I have also lodged a claim with Cellsure to get it fixed and the service it terrible.I want my money back please...</p>
