I made a cashback withdrawal at Superspar Broadacres, the tailer acknowledged that my transection did not go through, after asking me to buy something for this serves. then to rectify this transection she bought a plastic bag on my behalf, then the second transaction came through. Now after that transaction, I then went home. Only to get home and notice that two transactions have been made on my account. After that, I then returned to Superspar Broadacres for a refund on my unpaid transection, and I was referred to a lady by then name Chantelle, Whom I was advised she deals with these type of cases on a regular, Currently I'm under the impression that her and the manager of the Cedar Spar are just lying thief's. as I was sent to get my banking statement and to return it back to Chantelle so she can verify the transection, leave my contact number and possibly refund me should they find the fault on their side. I must say, at this point I still had very high hopes that I will be assisted without any issues. To my surprise, this wasn't the case at all, and intern, I feel very disrespected and undermined as a supporting customer! As I return to the shop regularly, and every time it's different excuses of why I should just keep going back to my bank, as they have checked on their part and they don't see any extra money on their side, and no proof on their side of this claim, to have my dispute resolved! It's just lies on lies every day I'm there. And as a person who does their work very diligently, I do feel These post should be filled by competent people. Still unsatisfied customer, hoping for his hard earned money back!
