Terrible attitude and Service by supervisor
The supervisor gave me such terrible service today when I wanted my refund cause the cashier system calculated something incorrect. He failed to listen to my concern and told me he has other customers that he needs to service, that is why he is rushing me. Mind you the shop has 3 supervisors. What makes the other customers more important than my complaint. He kept huffing and puffing and irrated from the time he grabbed my receipt. And banging on the fridge that we were calculating on. Retail is definitely not for him, or maybe its my skin color that irrated him, if so please put a sign on his name tag that you dont help people of color. Terrible service and terrible attitude.

Super Spar Broadacres
At the Super Spar Broadacres I feel I am part of the family. I am amazed as I come across staff and management who know my preferences and what Im looking for. The management and staff are curtious and work hand in hand to make atleast my shopping experience a great one. Thank you to all of you. #BlackFriday

Pure Service Excellence!!!!!!!!!
We recently had an exceptional shopping experience at SuperSPAR Broadacres , particularly in the vegetable section. While searching for spring onions, one of the staff members noticed my confusion. They promptly approached me and offered assistance. The gentleman helped me locate the spring onion but went above and beyond to reach me before I left without it. The staff member's kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a significant difference in my shopping experience. Their exceptional customer service deserves recognition especially as he was still unpacking a new load but still took time to ensure I was helped. Thank you SuperSPAR Broadacres, for fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring that customers feel valued and supported. I look forward to continuing to shop at your store.

Bad customer service
I made a cashback withdrawal at Superspar Broadacres, the tailer acknowledged that my transection did not go through, after asking me to buy something for this serves. then to rectify this transection she bought a plastic bag on my behalf, then the second transaction came through. Now after that transaction, I then went home. Only to get home and notice that two transactions have been made on my account. After that, I then returned to Superspar Broadacres for a refund on my unpaid transection, and I was referred to a lady by then name Chantelle, Whom I was advised she deals with these type of cases on a regular, Currently I'm under the impression that her and the manager of the Cedar Spar are just lying thief's. as I was sent to get my banking statement and to return it back to Chantelle so she can verify the transection, leave my contact number and possibly refund me should they find the fault on their side. I must say, at this point I still had very high hopes that I will be assisted without any issues. To my surprise, this wasn't the case at all, and intern, I feel very disrespected and undermined as a supporting customer! As I return to the shop regularly, and every time it's different excuses of why I should just keep going back to my bank, as they have checked on their part and they don't see any extra money on their side, and no proof on their side of this claim, to have my dispute resolved! It's just lies on lies every day I'm there. And as a person who does their work very diligently, I do feel These post should be filled by competent people. Still unsatisfied customer, hoping for his hard earned money back!

Pathetic staff.
Please ell me why I phone this pathetic store to ask if they have "Moet et Chandon" Champagne. The woman that I spoke to said that she will put 2 bottles aside for me. The next day after driving 51Kms to this spar I discovered that there was none in stock. Someone came to assist and took me to the wine section. Again we looked and still could not find any. Later a lady, who I assume to be in charge of the wines dept appeared and told me that they have never stocked this item. No wonder this country is falling apart.
