We recently had an exceptional shopping experience at SuperSPAR Broadacres , particularly in the vegetable section. While searching for spring onions, one of the staff members noticed my confusion. They promptly approached me and offered assistance.

The gentleman helped me locate the spring onion but went above and beyond to reach me before I left without it. The staff member's kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a significant difference in my shopping experience. Their exceptional customer service deserves recognition especially as he was still unpacking a new load but still took time to ensure I was helped.
