I tried this product a while back and found the owner rude and unhelpful. Yes it works for some and not for others. It really burnt me and damaged my armpits, leaving it looking dark and unpleasant and super uncomfortable.
If I could rate them less than 1 star I would. I’m not alone in complaining. Several neighbours complain about the poor connectivity. Fibre is slow and intermittent. We have put up with the poor service for over a year.
We app**** for Fibre early January and it was a complete nightmare dealing with Vox. Installation was only completed and worked from 11 April for a few days before again, nothing. The whole sales process to the installation, to the dozens of emails and calls was extremely frustrating. Eventually after multiple complaints, they came to the apartment to set up. It then took them weeks to activate the router. The whole process was so long and they make no effort responding to emails and if you call, you end up being called +20 and wait for so long on the line. I am now looking to move to another more reliable service provider. The costs of having to buy data and airtime while waiting for Vox to get their act together is ridiculous.
