Fibre down for 3 days now, no help or feedback form Vodacom, its like they have no idea what they doing spoke to x 3 people, namely Tramaine, Ludo and Kokkwane, she promised to phone me back last night still waiting, im paying for a service which is not provided, I regret taking out this contract with Vodacom they are useless and thieves, I want my money back, as 8m now spending so much in data for the past 3 days and have no clue if when this will be sorted
Ordered online 01 Oct, still not received. Item in transit 3 days now. When I queried. I was advised that item will be received by yesterday, still nothing, item still in transit, Never ever again, once I get my package, I. Am exchanging it for my cash. I will not tolerate such service, nor support such store again.
RECEIVED A SIM CARD LAST WEEK STILL WAITING ON THEM TO CONTACT ME AS SIM CARD IS NOT CONNECTING IN MY ROUTER. NO RESPONSE AFTER 3 MESSAGES TO RAIN. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN, BARRING THEM ON MY BANKING DETAILS TO DEBIT, AS THEY FEEL IF THEY HAVE YOUR BANK DETAILS COS THEY SIGNED YOU AS CLIENT, THEY CAN IGNORE YOU-GUESS WHAT, YOU WILL GET NO CENT FRO ME!
I ordered online, and when parcel came there was 1 missing item. I queried it same day but was told they offline, a lady Chrieshney, promise to get back to me, a wekk later, still nothing. I called again, spoke to another lady the following day, who also promised to get back to, and still noting. I paid for this item and now nobody want to take accountability and either send me the (lost/stolen) item, or re-fund me. Mr price is really disgusting, i will not ever support them.

Bought a tv on 27th November for black Friday special, was promised delivery in 2- 5 working days. Its been 6 working days, and still not out for delivery, but rather still at their warehouse. I called several times and all they said was that the cannot confirm an estimate delivery time, and didn't even apologize for not sticking to their SLA . i HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I WILL GET THE TV, I WILL ADVISE CONSUMERS TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYBODY, BUT OUR MONIES TO RATHER GROW INTEREST IN THEIR ACCOUNT. Greedy bunch.
Vodacom opened and approved an application in my name and id number, although they have apparently uploaded my on their system as a Victim of Identity Fraud(lies) My id number was surely not flagged on their system if they still approving deals under my name. I am very disappointed, not to mention upset, because when I called them this morning, 1sly a call was dropped in my ears, and secondly I was told lies form Dimpo in collections (saying there was no account under my name), yet when I called back a 3rd time for a letter, I was then told by Rosslynne from Collections that there is an account in my name opened in July 2018.08.02 I was refused any other information, and was promised an sms with instructions to their fraud department (still not received an hour later). I am wondering if Vodacom is working with the fraudsters and I, the victim is refused help and information, but the fraudsters have it so easy…I don’t matter to them, as long as they make a quick sale and demolishing my name, and debiting my account, so they can get their money, I’m good for their fraudulent account. This will stop. I will not be a victim of Vodacom, as I am already a victim of Identity theft. I have inquired with the ombudsman, and await their response.I will not stop until these fraudsters is behind bars very upset Rosdeen scorgie
Signed up a new vehicle as I have an existing vehicle with them already. Cartrack bebited my account with over R637 yet my installment should have been only R420. I queried it with them and was told by Le-jean that a manger will contact me, it's been over 48 hours and still no contact. Cartrack is taking illegal money from me and now they not returning my calls. I want to cancel with them as I feel that the contract is now in bridge. I just want to inform everyone that cartrack signed up my deal for R420 on both cars, yet my installment was over R637, this is then false advertising and bridge of contract, not too mention unlawful debit amount. I will not leave this matter and will take it further even go to the Ombudsman
