<p>I insured my car (Nissan Micra 2012) with Mi Wa. I got an accident on the 31 December 2016. I phoned Miway to report the insure but I was informed to drive my car to my hpise if it drivable so I did. I called them afterwards to register a claim and it took them 10 days to acces my car even thpugh I reported the accident recently after it occured.</p> <p>The approved my claim and fixed the car but couldn't fix my rims. I started to write to them and the requested images of the damaged wheels. I sent the images but the informed me that they will be paying for standard rims (Wheels) of the Nissan Micra. I get that but as for my issue, I bought the car with those 17 inch rims and joined Mi Way with the same rims. When I took the car for inspection with Mi Way it was with the 17 inch rims. I never changed anything in the car ever since I bought it. I dont understand if now Mi Way is informing me that they will pay for rims that I never had.</p> <p>If Mi Way says they will pay for two standard rims, does that mean I have to drive the car with two different rims which are also different in sizes?<br />So if Mi Way buys two standard rims, does it also mean that I have to buy the two tyres for those rims on my own?</p> <p><br /> I am really worried about the kind of service that I am getting here. I have sent prove that my car never had standard rims but still there is no assistance from Mi Way.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is absolutely bad service</p>
<p>Am just disappointed with the poor service I've</p> <p>been receiving from this company.</p> <p>First they called me claiming an their good</p> <p>customer, of which i agreed since Ive been</p> <p>shopping here for more than 10 years. Then the guy</p> <p>who called offered me a contract phone, at first he</p> <p>lied and said i will get R300 airtime and 500MB of</p> <p>data per month paying only R119.00, but i recently</p> <p>found out that i will only get 500MB of data per</p> <p>month. He also promised me that I will get my</p> <p>device within 3 working days but i got it after two</p> <p>weeks. When i got it, i phoned to get the phone</p> <p>activated, again i was told it will be activated within</p> <p>24 hours and it even written in the manual, but now</p> <p>it almost 40 hours since I called and the phone is</p> <p>still not activated. I don't know if this is called</p> <p>customer friendly service but what I know is that I</p> <p>regret getting into a contract with the Mr Price</p> <p>company... The services that I have received are</p> <p>too below the standards that I expected from a</p> <p>company that is big as them...</p> <p> </p> <p>I can advise anyone whobis thinking of taking a contract phone with Mr Price to think about it and only take it if she or he is ready to experience such services</p>
