I have been waiting for a rebate of R 2050.00 from Telkom. We cancelled our landline on 1 June 2018, but we were continuosly billed from that date onward, after cancellation and now I have written in excess of 50 emails to try and retrieve money owed to me. Each time I get different people replying with different case numbers but nothing HAPPENS!!!!
We have been trying to get R 2500.00 rand from Telkom for over a month now. Our landline was cancelled on 1 June 2018 after a lengthy effort on out behalf. We received bills ever since 1 June 2018 - it is August 2019. We have sent in excess of 30 emails over the year asking for finality - often mailbox full from them. We get the odd text that the case is resolved but NOTHING happens.

I stopped to view 2nd hand cars at Concorde Cars which shares a premises with the above business and a Shell Garage. The premises is confusing and on noticing a Renault Clio, decided to view it. It was open, thus I opened the door to check the mileage. An honest mistake. The owner of Monaco Auto Spares came storming out, used aggressive language and ordered me to get my car off his premises. I was aghast as my honest perception was that the car was on sale and that the 2 businesses Concorde and Monaco, were inked as they both involve vehicles and are literally on top of one another. Mr Paul Toscana's (owner of Monaco Auto Spares) rude and aggressive behaviour was totally uncalled for.

I would like to thank Gavin, the owner of Concorde and Walleed, who works for Concorde for apologizing on behalf of Toscana and putting the situation in perspective and assisting me very kindly.
