We had a service done for a Renault Kiger today…. Faye was fantastic! She welcomed us nicely, kept us informed and completely exceeded our expectations. The team was quick, efficient and thorough. Thank you Faye and team for the excellent service.. will definitely recommend
I usually dread these whatsapp services because even though It fast and convenient it always feels like I’m chatting to a bot even if it’s an agent and my queries are hardly fulfilled. Today I was pleasantly surprised, Tevin (the 2nd agent I had a chat with) was amazing…he was polite, showed empathy and I could immediately tell he was competent. He asked the right questions and resolved my query speedily. Thank you Tevin I would now highly recommend you and Discovery Ask to all who is willing to listen
<p>Telkom has to be the worst company ever! I applied for a landline 7 April 2016. 21 April a technician came out but couldn't do anything...(I took off from work for nothing) cabling had to be done....the cable guy only pitched 18 May 2016, more then a month later! Now that cabling is done another technician can only come out on 2 June 2016. I am waiting 2months just for a simple landline! Ridiculous!</p>
