Ozow payment platform has facilitated a payment for a *****ulent business and has offered no help in resolving the issue or getting my money back.
Bought shoes online and paid through ozow payment platform on the 4th of May 2022 and now I can't get hold of them nor have i received any shoes! Have however gotten in touch with ozow as it's against their terms and conditions to do fraudulent transactions which this seems to be. They are investigating and I'm waiting for feedback and for my money to be returned.
Bought a Titanium Baby travel system last year before my baby was born. When i took her out in the strroller at 4 months the one wheel kept coming off when I made it to the store in Hartebee****rt where I bought it, firstly they didn't believe me then they told me no I must have assembled the stroller wrong. After seeing the wheel was broken they refused to refund me or give me a new stroller they just have me a new wheel. 2 months later the wheel has now broken completely off and they refuse to help again. Also their brand Titanium Baby has ZERO to to do with the real Titanium Baby brand. The brand they sell is a fake remake of the real products.
<p>I would just like to congratulate ocean basket for the most horrific meal of my life. So let's start with the list, firstly we were greeted by bad staff whereby we had to show ourselves to our own table, secondly no liquor license!? Like which franchise opens with NO liquor license? #greatmanagement thirdly we waited an hour for our food because half capacity was too much for them to handle. Fourth after waiting ANOTHER 30min to pay, I had to educate NOT ONLY the waitress but the MANAGER how to use a card machine. Oh oh you've guessed it, I've saved the best for last. We were then escorted out by SA's own ratatouille, yes folks a RAT. <br />So thanks for allowing me the pleasure of leaving your amazing restaurant sick to my stomach.</p>
