I submitted a claim for my ****** laptop on the 28th February 2023. Today is the 11th April 2023 and I have received no feedback regarding mr claim. Lungile Jiyani, Sabelo Xaba and Portia Thobejane have done a sterling job in being non-responsive and proving any feedback let alone responding to my follow up emails. I am still being debited by these ****s for services I have not received AT ALL!!!
We have just the WORST service, from Ian!! He was literally shouting at me when i called in to resolve an issue around turnaround time and additional charges!! We requested for a job ( Monday, 12/09/2022 IN THE MORNING!!) to be completed by today (Wednesday the 14/09/2022) and only today they tell us about additional charges due to our turnaround time. This is also after payment has been made from our side. I will NEVER recommend anyone to Flyer.co.za services as they clearly do not value clients or our business.
Tiisetso Molwele/ Bradley is the WORST client service consultant. I required roadside assistance last night and he was not courteous at all. being a woman in a dangerous area, he showed no courtesy whatsoever. Instead he continuously raised he's voice at me trying to prove whatever point. I then further reported to him the tow truck man's behaviour and he further raised he's voice at me condoning that behaviour. I am immensely disappointed in the service I received especially for a service I PAY FOR.
I bought a contract Iphone 6 in March from Vodacom accessories in Greenstone from Noluyanda. Only for me to be sharing a number with someone else, i have been querying the issue since December the 20th 2018, as my number has been blocked to accomodate the other person with the same number (seems to have been a duplicate sim card). I have been in communication with Mbuyiseni Mthembu from call centre who has now left me hanging after a few calls and emails promising that he will call me back, sent me to the store to get the contract and only for him to tell me it doesn't have the information he requires, dealing with rude sales consultants while at it in the store. I have left him emails and i have received no feedback. Im currently sitting with no phone number as it has been blocked and i have received no assistance till today. I have stopped paying the account and i have still received no help. I would love to cancel this contract as it is such an inconvenience and the service that has been provided is a horror.
