I was a distributor of Beijing Honkon Technologies for many years. But almost all of their machines were problematic and the after sales is absolutely terrible. Recently I bought a board for a machine that was broken. It’s been 4 months since I complained that the board was faulty. Now they tell me the board is out of warranty and will not support me. I have bought over 40 machines and 30 of them have either arrived faulty or become faulty within the first 2-6 months. They have no quality control and their machines components keep changing every month - not complying with the CE certificates. I bought 6 machines one month and 2 the following month. The second batch - one machine was faulty but I could not swop boards between the first and second batch as they were different. Very frustrating. And now stuck with all these machines and cannot get any support. it has damaged my business reputation and I have many unhappy customers
Andrew sold me a business course 3 years ago. Never given me anything for it and keeps ignoring me when I ask for a refund. Recently found out he closed CEO Consortum and planned never to repay me. While digging around found he has done this to a few people.

And they just didn't care. </p> <p>We lost so much business because I clients could not get hold of us. </p> <p>If you thinking of getting landlines I would think twice. It's been 1 year of frustration and loads of money wasted. </p>
