Now she is making it as difficult as she possibly can for me. I have a block on transactions on my easy account. I have tried to resolve this, all FICA is up to date, yet I am having no luck, and cannot pay my accounts. I seem to be banging my head against a brick wall. I left Absa for FNB to avoid this kind of poor service
I have an account with Absa for more than 10 years, but suddenly I cannot make payments, with a message NOT IDENTIFIED AND VERIFIED. I log into the website, and it states that my Fica documents are up to date. I have urgent payments to make, and this is what they do to me. No wonder so many customers changing to FNB and Capitec
There is a restriction on my FNB easy account Apparently due to outstanding FICA. I have received absolutely no communication regarding this, my account was just simply frozen, without warning, putting me in a difficult situation to meet my obligations. If I log in, it says "no documents outstanding" I am currently in Germany, and I cannot simply phone or visit a branch. I was promised an email by the Fica remediation department, but this never came either. How can I escalate this?
For no reason I can suddenly not make payments. I get 99999 code. I am currently in Germany, so I cannot even phone. The online chat from the app, is of no use as the agents simply say it's above their expertise. I need to pay my monthly accounts, as I do every month with online banking, but FNB simply crashed my account.
I have applied for a student medical cover for my son. I have repeatedly asked if UNISA students qualify. They refuse to answer this question with a simple yes or no. The keep sending me a general answer regarding Universities, yet refuse to answer my question. This is not only unhelpful, but also rude.
