I required the services of the Postnet Benmore Gardens branch to print two pages of a document I had. This was on Friday morning 06-02/2026 at about 10.15 - 10.30. I found the service there very poor. Staff seemed very slow, miserable, surley with a couldn't care less attitude leaving lots of us to stand in a long queue for ages. Perhaps the manager should be there more often as he was not there on that morning and service is generally first class when he is there.
Very good quick and efficient service as always.
I had great service from Zarina Hartley who got my query resolved. I have an appointment to see a specialist this afternoon and the referral letter was not accepted. She managed to assist me in getting the issue resolved very professionally.
I had great service from Bonginhlanhla Bhengu who assited me with signing up for a OnePlan medical insurance cover. He was super efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. A big thank you and Thank you to Deyon Naidoo for his assistance as well.
My Dad ordered blinds from Finishing Touches via there business store at Builders Warehouse in Northgate. The order was placed on the 19th of May. We were assured the blinds would be ready for collection within 14 working days. Well it took them over a month before we heard from them. On top of that two of the blinds were faulty! The one was not made to the correct measurements my Dad specified and the other blind was broken! We have returned the two faulty blinds and have so far heard nothing. Even the customer representative at Builders Warehouse is at a loss and could not give my Dad an answer. Rotten service for sure! Avoid this company!
<p>Yesterday 28/05/2016 I had to return to the @Home store in Santon City shopping centre. I needed to get a receipt reprinted for a Nespresso coffee machine I had purchased the previous Sa****ay the 21/05/2016 in order for me to take advantage of a R300 Nespresso gift voucher I had received at the time of the purchase. Due to having misplaced my original receipt the Nespresso store could not accept the voucher I was given by @Home when I purchased the Nespresso machine from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was assisted by Simphiwe at the @Home store Sandton who went out of his way to search through all the sales receipts from last Sau****ay to find proof of my purchase which he printed out for me. He did this under very difficult circumstances as the store was extremely busy and all the staff and cashiers were under a lot of pressure.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to say thank you Simphiwe for your very good service and for helping me out.
