Completely appalled at the lack of service! March 2024 I contracted Dean to stop the rain coming in, in an indoor courtyard. After much follow up he finally sent a team in August to install a new box gutter which he said would resolve the problem. It rained even more indoors. I informed him I'd have guests from the 12th of December and the work needed to be fixed as it was a shoddy job. He sent his guys in again, and I let him know the same day that the rain is coming in and now filling buckets. It is dangerous to walk in the courtyard and the guests cannot use the room despite flying across the world and he knew that was the case. Many promises to send the workers and then not sending them. Deposit paid, he sent me an invoice for finished work when the brief to stop the rain getting in has not been fulfilled. To make matters worse the lack of attention to the job means there is mould in the ceiling. The client service is appalling. For a company that specialises in roofing and damp-proofing, 10 months on and a simple box cutter seal is still not working with rain entering the house like a curtain. Furthermore my guests were forced to check in during peak season and he literally doesn't care. I have photos, videos and chats to prove all the above and I reserve all rights to legal action due to complacency and lack of service.
I have been trying for 3 years to change my banking details. One would think this isn't brain surgery, but yet it is harder. Bonitas is impossible to deal with; a ghost town where you can never talk to anyone and emails take weeks to get read. I have called and emailed, all to no avail. Bonitas keeps deducting an unused account and then suspending my service. To be sure they don't suspend me while I keep fighting to change my banking details, I ensured there were funds in that unused account. This morning it happened again - they deducted the full amount (which HAD been added and was available). Then they REVERSED the deduction! I emailed them just last week about this same situation. I am still waiting to change banking details. Have sent forms in the past, told it was the wrong one but never given the right one. It's like FIGHTING to have someone provide a service they happily sell you. Was admitted after a vehicle accident and they are still refusing to pay even though I was ADMITTED.
Shocking - stay away! The service does not even deserve one star! I had an accident in early December 2022, and they towed my car to these guys. It is March, and I am still waiting for the vehicle despite numerous follow ups. Initially they said they were waiting for spares that would take 6 weeks, then a month ago they said the spares had arrived. Three weeks ago they sent me photos of my car (almost complete) - painted, polished and (according to phone call recordings I have) - almost complete. They said they had "other jobs to work on" and I pleaded with them to please prioritise this because it's been waiting since December. The only thing they said they were waiting for was a spare wheel clamp and wheel alignment, spares which they then said they had received the day before - and wheel alignment that they said would take half an hour. We arranged to have my car ready on Wednesday the 2nd of March, it wasn't ready. They told me "tomorrow afternoon". I asked what time so that I could arrange transport to collect it. I was THEN told that they will "tell me when they are happy with the car!" I asked what does this mean and was informed that they don't have a date or time when the car would be ready. I have photos of my car almost ready from weeks back. They have now told me it is due to spares unavailability (the same spares they had already received) citing a letter from the 21st of February, from a different car manufacturer to my make of vehicle. My insurance company and I are both being given the run around. AVOID. I will be lodging a complaint with MIOSA (Motor Industry Ombundsman).
<p>I placed an order for Delivery, with Simply Asia, Pavilion, at 4:12 pm. It's fasting month so I asked how long it would take I was told 40 minutes at most. An hour later I called and was told the driver left already. Another half hour later the driver called me asking for my address, and I asked why doesn't he have my address? He said he was just leaving the pavilion! Another half an hour later (2 hours from order ) I called and was told they can't reach the driver but the manager told me she's sorry the driver isn't answering his phone and the owner said he would make a fresh meal and deliver it himself. When nobody pitched I called again and was told that no, the owner can't come anymore because he's busy breaking fast. Mohammed, we hope you enjoyed your iftar meal while your paying customers we're left without food for theirs, and without even the courtesy of a call from you. </p>
