We went through to put new tyres on our company vehicle, an immediate payment was done at 14h15 and the proof of payment was emailed through to Super Tyres at the same time from our office and from our bank. At 15h11 our vehicle was still not release as they claimed they did not receive the proof of payment and neither did they check their bank account. I am appalled at the service received especially since we have been using Super tyres for years.
September 2020 i cancelled a contract and asked them to put it on prepaid so that i can keep the number, every month since i was billed +- R180 for airtime that was given to me, i called through every month for them to stop giving me airtime as i had not asked for it and that the contract be cancelled and put onto prepaid. when i call through today, 16/02/2021 i spoke with a lady Dudu first who said that she can see on the system that it was supposed to have been cancelled and not sure why it isnt, i then receive an sms stating that i will receive an sms or email with the exact cancellation date until such time my contract is not cancelled, she then put me on hold for half hr until i cut the call and called again, thereafter i spoke with Silofelo who told me that it does not state on the system that i cancelled my contract and that he has to request for that, he was not helpful at all. i am ****ED OF WITH VODACOM, being a customer for 20 years and i get **** treatment like this! in this day and age with COVID people do not have money to waste as many of them don't have jobs and you get companies like vodacom who are robbing people. i want this contract cancelled and the number changed to prepaid NOW as i had to waste my time and energy being on the phone with people that do not know how to do their job!
this is the 4th time i am writing a review for this same company who keeps stealing my money!!! i work a job that pays me a salary where i barely make it at the nd of the month and this *****N* ROGUE company keeps stealing my money!!!. this is the second time in 2 months that my money was taken out of my account with no consent from me!!!! i am ****ed of and i need/want my money back as soon as possible! i am tired of ASTRAL GROUP taking my money for no Reason.
after looking at my bank statements today, 23/01/2018 i noticed that money was taken out of my account on the 15/12/2017 again. Although it is only R89 it still is my R89 that i work hard for. if i did not look at my statements i would of never known that they took money out of my account. this is not the first time im having a problem with Astral group, its actually the 3rd time i'm having this problem with money being taken out of my account! how many other people are they doin this to? i want my money in my account TODAY! i will not pay admin fee for something that ASTRAL Group messed up on their side! im ****ed off. i regret dealing with astral group because ever since i joined the STYLES WELLNESS GYM i have had numerous problems with them! i WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
Monday 13th November 2017 i did an upgrade. i had also requested for a nano sim card to be sent with the phone as i had a micro sim card. i called back on the 15th November 2017 to find out if my sim card was sent with my phone and the lady said that she was sure it was sent as she sees online that it was requested for. my phone arrived on the 20th November (6th day after doing the upgrade) without a sim card. spoke to a manager who apologized profusely and assured me that the sim card will be sent on the Wednesday 22nd November 2017. now i had a new phone but no sim card, so i could not use my phone(how depressing)! 22nd November 2017 passed and i did not recieve my sim card, 23rd November2017 i called Ram couriers at 8:40 to find out about my package (sim card) as i did not receive a message stating my parcel has left for delivery to me. they assured me i would get the package before 11 that morning. i received the package around 11h30, called Vodacom to do the sim swop and apparently the sim swop was done on the 21st! how could they have done the sim swop when they did not have the sim card number??? the lady then told me that i would have to wait a further 24 hours for them to sort their(Vodacom) messups! i am not happy! i have been a Vodacom client for ages and i am really considering cancelling my contract due to their POOR POOR service! 2 WEEK TO DO AN UPGRADE is RIDICULOUS!!!
PATHETIC!!! i have been trying to cancel my contract since the 22nd of August 2017. i have sent through emails and also spoke to a guy by the name of Andile on the 28th August 2017 and to this day have had no joy as i am still waiting for him to call me back! i have tried numerous time to contact the call center but you have to wait for hours and still no1 answers my calls. My sister was a member of the same gym and due to having the same problems she has been debited twice since cancelling her contract. the reason i emailed a cancellation letter on the 22nd August is to avoid having the same problems. i am not a happy customer! and this is not the first time i have had a problem like this with ASTRAL GROUP! People need to really becareful of this call center!
<p>in feb 2016 i noticed that i was getting debited for R99 every month. after calling the company and quering y i was being debited i found out that i "apparently" agreed to taking out some Advance Assist and that i spoke to a lady by the name of Charmain Pillay. i requested for the recording of the call and untill now have not recieved anything. after quering about the debits in feb i noticed that they have been debiting me 2-3 times every month. i was promised again on the 29/05/2016 that i will recieve the recording on the 30/05/2016 and still havent recieved it. ASTRAL GROUP are rogues! nd they are people who dodge calls because there is never a manager to speak to! Y? this makes me feel like as soon as you hear a person from the call center its best you cut the call!!!!</p>
