I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription because of bad connection since November. I asked again yesterday and I was moved around with no success until afternoon. What does it take to cancel
I visited the studio and made payment for the reupholstering of my couches on the 14th of August after being told that the process takes 2-3 weeks after payment. This did not happen until back and forth with Harriet. It’s now 5 weeks later and 2 weeks after my stuff was collected. I haven’t heard anything. I have to initiate contact otherwise I’m in the dark. Can I get my money and furniture back so I can go to another service provider.
<p>I cancelled my contract more than 2 weeks ago but they went and deducted contributions. I now have to reverse the deduction and my bank will penalise me for it.</p>
