3 weeks waiting for my refund
<p> ordered the knotted rings which were delivered on time. Great!!! they were too big, sent them back at my own expense to be able to receive a full refund. I have been emailing and asking for the money for 3 weeks now and still no money been returned, just always an "i'll chase it up for you" </p>

pricing debacle
<p>while shopping on loot.co.za, which i do often, i came across the most magnificent recipe book which i desperately wanted to buy, lo and behold friends also wante this book... at the time the price of the book was around R130; when i got to the point of placing the order suddenly it cost over R800 for the same book. i sent an email to loot.co.za and waited patiently for no response at all. </p> <p>The price then went back to the original price of around R130, perfect time to buy the book, went back a couple of days later to place the order R876 for the book.</p> <p>Was then that i phoned loot.co.za and was told that it was due to a supplier change!!!!! R700 difference due to a supplier change!!!!! i then found the book on Bid or Buy supplied by loot.co.za for R131 at the same time that loot had it for R876.... 2 days later and the price had gone back to R131.... </p> <p> </p> <p>this was an absolute disater of a price jump!!!</p>
