Woolworths Online has just been a terrible experience. Only one of my 2 orders I placed on November 25th has been delivered, the 2nd one that useless courier they used said they couldn’t get ahold of me when I specifically emailed and called Woolworths with my alternative contact details and the reassured me they had forwarded the information to the courier. Who the hell doesn’t send you a tracking number when you’re expecting a delivery? Coz all it says on the app is that it’s been shipped. Emailed them several times no reply whatsoever to my emails, called them yesterday someone said they’d call back but alas
<p>i submitted my claim on the first week of april and i waited for a responce until the 30h of may, i then decided to call them and see whaty the holdup was and when they they fgot back to me i was old that i had been under insured for an amount of R795 wich i couldnt understand because 2 months prior to my claim i called in to see if evcerything was still up to date with my policy and i was told thatr everything was well. i dont understand how i couldve been under insured but the policy documents they sent me said i was insured for an iPhone 6 plus 16 and that what im claiming for.i then sent the person who was handling my claim an email wich he has not repli9ed top in the last 2 days now...very incompetant</p>
