<p>I've been a client with them for many years, this year for only 3 months i missed a premium due to financial difficulties because my son was in hospital they cancel my policy and refused to reinstate.. Ludwe Malgas is so rude!!!</p>

<p>I have been using SuethingSA to insure my cellphone for a while. I recently got an email from them stating their are no longer insuring expensive phones and are giving me 30 days notice and cancelling my policy- STHING113310. I have sent about 5 emails since then asking if they are going to suggest another insurance for me and have received NO repsonse. Since I have got nothing from you, I want my mothly payments back NOW. How shocking to just cancel my policy without even discussing it wth me, nethermind giving me advice ashow to carry on..... Emails went to Danlia Wiener and Neliswa</p>

<p>i submitted my claim on the first week of april and i waited for a responce until the 30h of may, i then decided to call them and see whaty the holdup was and when they they fgot back to me i was old that i had been under insured for an amount of R795 wich i couldnt understand because 2 months prior to my claim i called in to see if evcerything was still up to date with my policy and i was told thatr everything was well. i dont understand how i couldve been under insured but the policy documents they sent me said i was insured for an iPhone 6 plus 16 and that what im claiming for.i then sent the person who was handling my claim an email wich he has not repli9ed top in the last 2 days now...very incompetant</p>

I have been with surething since jan 15.my iphone 6 microphone started not working after it had came from screen repairs on Oct 15 by SURETHING SA .i put in a claim and the handset was collected on the 22 of Dec 15 by January 5th 2016 Noviwe Nomzaza emails me informing me that they had received the assesment report for the repairer and my handset is repairable.she advised me that I need to pay an excess of R150 so she can authorise the repairs.I payed the money on the next day and I emailed the proof of payment to her.on the 13th of January 16 I emailed her to enquire about the status of my claim she never replyed.after numerous complaints on their Facebook page she responded this morning informing me that my claim has be rejected...why did they take my money and my handset if they were going to reject my claim? Waisted my time I would of fixed my device if I was told earlier or maybe they wanted to debit the premium before they informed me.what terrible service I'm cancelling this insurance

I HAVE 2 CELLPHONE INSURED WITH SURE THING SA FROM THE INCEPTION OF MY POLICY NELISWA HAS DISPLAYED CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE ON ANOTHER MAGNITUDE THROUGHOUT TO ME SUBMITTING MY FIRST CLAIM WITH SURE THING SA I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN TERMS OF SERVICE DELIVERY WITH ALL THE INSURANCE PROVIDERS I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE OUT THE INSURANCE WITH SUCH A COMPANY AND I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND NELISWA ON HER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CAPABILITY AND FOR HER ALWAYS GOING AN EXTRA MILE.

On the 12th October my iphone6 device was collected for repairs, and I do not have a spare cellphone which I was not an issue as I was told it was going to take 5 working days, On the 15th October I sent Abongile an email do to a follow up on my claim, and there was no reply. On the 16th October I called their office and I was transferred to claims admin and spoke to Ismaeel only then I was told to pay access of R150 then my phone can be sent for repairs which I knew about paying R150. as it is on the contract I signed when I started joining them, the pathetic service I received from Nelisiwe was so inconsiderate the only thing she said on the phone was she receives a lot of emails and she was sorry clearly she is not doing her job, if she was I would have known that my fone is still with them and not sent for repairs because they are waiting for a R150 first then they can send it. I have paid the money and even attached a proof of payment to Ismaeel whom he also went silence after I have sent him an email. I called them again on the 19th October for another follow up, and I was told to wait for another 3 days. I am leaving this insurance.
