Torga Norwood mall have no idea what they doing. I had my eyes tested and the script changed a bit. No problem. I was told my eyes need -9 contacts but i will now need +1 reading glasses. Contacts did not take 1 week as i was told but i was struggling to see out of them. I went for a second opinion and was told the script was too strong for my eyes and they gave me readers to compensate. What was the point of that? I went to complain and they ordered and gave me 3 contacts for trial. 2 for 1 eye and 1 for the other. Again, i wear them in pairs so no point. They also didn't order contacts for my astigmatism which yes, i do still have. My husbands glasses cost R7000 which is ridiculous.
I cancelled my tracker with them by calling in DEcember. Spoke to Nxumalo and he said it will be cancelled by 10 Jan as i was getting a new car which came with a different tracker. Called again on 10 Jan 2025 and over whatsapp to confirm the cancellation. I paid in full for Jan. I have since had to dispute and refund 2 monthly debits from them. I have tried calling many times with no answer. I have emailed numerous times. They eventually sent me a cancellation email dated from Feb which is incorrect. I eventually spoke to someone who said they will look for my emails from January. NOTHING had been done and i still received messages to make payment. Thank god i left you guys because if this is the service and complete incompetence your staff have, good riddance
I just wrote a complaint and clicked on Beame Matrix. Hello petter suddenly changed it to car tracker for no reason. I even gave the Matrix Beame email when doing the complaint. Can no one ever do anything correctly!!
I recently had to claim for a car accident. Service was an absolute disaster. From the tow truck using all my petrol, i have the logs from tracker to prove, to numerous calls from them with the incorrect report of accident, to only calling the person to drove into me 3 weeks after the accident and only becasue i called them to ask what was happening, incorrect approval of repairs which meant taking my car back into the panel beater after it had already been there 3 weeks. So another few days without my car. I emailed them with all this info and asked for a manager to call me. Im still waiting. I have since changed my insurance because of all this and am again waiting for an email of confirmation to cancel end of April. After 8 years and when i needed them, their service was shocking. Bye Bye
After having to claim with my current insurance for a car accident and having the WORST service, I called King Price. Alfanso was great. He was patient and explained everything. He called back to check on me and I confirmed everything to move over for May. So far, great service!
I dont know why i thought upgrading online would be easier than the previous 3 hours Ive had to stand in the stores. But my god what a nightmare. My phone is under my moms name, so only after doing the upgrade online did i get a message, it has to be delivered to my mom. Fine. Trying to get hold of anyone to change the address, impossible. It was finally delivered today to my mom, DSV refused to leave the phone as her thumbprints didnt work?? Now im trying to call DSV and MTN because WHERE IS MY PHONE??? No surprise, no one answers
I called on Monday as I was suddenly debited for my credit card a random amount, without even being sent the sms with the total. After being sent from department to department, collections was so disgusting and rude and talking over me. Apparently the system says they always debit on the 25th. I have NEVER been debited and I have set up my salary date as the 1st because I dont always get paid by the 25th. I aksed o speak to a manager. Obviously "no one is available". I asked to speak to anyone else because this lady was rude. She kept me on hold so long i had to put down. Today I called to cancel my card because now i am fed up an i have paid it up. Now i get told they card will be inactive for 45 days but they will still charge me another months service fees???? but the cards going to be inactive! I'm STILL WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK TO EXPLAIN. I have been with Capitec for a while now and Im shocked at the complete lack of respect or service. I want my credit card cancelled ASAP and i will cancel the rest when i have sorted those out.
Last month I had a random amount go off for "telephone banking - R13.91". I called and eventually had this refunded as I've never used telephone banking, nor does Nedbank offer it. This month the same thing went off again. After speaking to a supervisor, I was told its actually a charge for internet banking., just because its the same amount, they just guessing. I say this because I have had my online profile for over 10 years and NEVER been charged this. You already charge a fortune PER EFT and notifications as well as monthly service fees. I also checked with my family members who use nedbank online profiles and they dont have this charge. this is illegal and fraud. I am already in the process of closing all my nedbank accounts because of these issues. I want this amount REFUNDED
Not only was my previous complaint just ignored, I now have a new one. I was on hold 8 mins to just check the LTE which I have cancelled, will actually be cancelled month end as the contract ends. After speaking to a very rude, sighing lady, she "put me on hold", meaning she hung up on me. Am I supposed to call back and spend more airtime for god knows how long because your staff and unhelpful, give incorrect info and cant be bothered to actually work???
