On the 3rd of October i called in and spoke to Elihle Nqwatha whom advised me she is one of the managers. It's almost a week and still no feedback as promised. My ID number 8908295327080.
In April i got a SMS stating i have a R150 off promo discount. It was on the 25th of April 2025 when i was at the Makro in Woodmead, tried to redeem the code while i was in store so that i can use it and i got the actual code an hour later when i was already home. Last week, i called both the head office and call centre asking they resend the code as i changed phones and no longer have it. I was thrown from one pillar, to the next one, to the furthest post without any help. Is it that hard to resend a R150 off promo discount to a loyal customer?!?!?!?!?

My delivery was scheduled for 12 Sept at 13h00. I called in asked Alyssa De Swardt once to make a plan and deliver today 11 Sept. She called back after 30 minutes and said she made a plan. Booooooooom, by 15h38 the parcel was in my hands
