Ive been using Yesplay for a while and their withdrawals have fast but I’ve noticed that if you win from bonuses they will drag out the withdrawal process. I made a withdrawal at 5am on 05/09/2025 but 24hours later im still suck on pending. They claim to process withdrawal at 11am and 3pm but they conveniently forgot to process mine, that is ****my behavior
Malas as company is great with cheap prices and good customer service. My only issue is the courier company they use Transco these people are useless, i ordered tyres on the 30th of may today its the 8th of June and still no delivery. I can’t track the location of my order because they don’t give tracking numbers, I emailed malas on Wednesday only find that they sent my order to a different province and the insane thing is that this is the 3rd order that they’ve done this in the past year. I called malas on Friday they contact Transco they say their truck has been broken down for 3 hours theyl only deliver on Monday the 10th of June. Aslong as malas is still in business with transco i shall do my purchasing elsewhere
Bought 4 t shirts on the 30th on thirdbase urban online shop and they sent me 2 pargo tracking numbers. One arrived on the on the 1st of February and there was only 1 t shirt inside. The second tracking number never updated and on the 6th when i try to track it on pargo it says it cant be found. So i was basically ****med out of 3 t shirts by these people, think twice before buying from them rather go to more reputable shops. They have terrible customer service I tried calling them the number keeps dropping, sent emails they never rep****. I regret buying from them
I have been with surething since jan 15.my iphone 6 microphone started not working after it had came from screen repairs on Oct 15 by SURETHING SA .i put in a claim and the handset was collected on the 22 of Dec 15 by January 5th 2016 Noviwe Nomzaza emails me informing me that they had received the assesment report for the repairer and my handset is repairable.she advised me that I need to pay an excess of R150 so she can authorise the repairs.I payed the money on the next day and I emailed the proof of payment to her.on the 13th of January 16 I emailed her to enquire about the status of my claim she never replyed.after numerous complaints on their Facebook page she responded this morning informing me that my claim has be rejected...why did they take my money and my handset if they were going to reject my claim? Waisted my time I would of fixed my device if I was told earlier or maybe they wanted to debit the premium before they informed me.what terrible service I'm cancelling this insurance
