I have been with surething since jan 15.my iphone 6 microphone started not working after it had came from screen repairs on Oct 15 by SURETHING SA .i put in a claim and the handset was collected on the 22 of Dec 15 by January 5th 2016 Noviwe Nomzaza emails me informing me that they had received the assesment report for the repairer and my handset is repairable.she advised me that I need to pay an excess of R150 so she can authorise the repairs.I payed the money on the next day and I emailed the proof of payment to her.on the 13th of January 16 I emailed her to enquire about the status of my claim she never replyed.after numerous complaints on their Facebook page she responded this morning informing me that my claim has be rejected...why did they take my money and my handset if they were going to reject my claim? Waisted my time I would of fixed my device if I was told earlier or maybe they wanted to debit the premium before they informed me.what terrible service I'm cancelling this insurance
