Pathetic Service
JHB branch is useless. Called head office and they can't even get hold of them. Eventually got through to JHB and calls keep dropping, after multiple calls i get through, only to be told i must sit at home and wait for the parcel since they dont know when it will be delivered, not even the date. when asked about this all i get told is "IS IT?" Pathetic Service.

USELESS - Just close your doors
an email was sent to me with the times the would deliver Scheduled for 8 AM to 12PM I accepted I had to skip on work for this.. At 11:10 AM i give them a call, they will call me back 11:45 AM rolls around and i get a call, they're running late but they will arrive at 1:00 PM at the latest. I warned them i cannot stay ANY longer as i need to get to work I called again at 1:25 PM and the rep that answered the phone says i must wait until 4 PM as on their systems it show the delivery times are now suddenly 12 to 4 Guess what, come 4:30PM i call again... and they cannot get hold of the courier driver as his phone is now off. It is now 5:00PM, no calls no nothing I'm trapped in the house thanks to these idiots that cannot even pick up a phone. So I'm assuming you will now be reimbursing me for the day's lost wages? There has been NO communication from your side, no even an attempt at a reschedule, and even if you were to reschedule how can i be expected to risk it?

Fantastic Company and quick claims
Had a great time dealing with naked after hitting a massive inverse mountain (pothole) Submitted my claim through the app, and sent them a video explaining what happened. Later the day I got confirmation about the claim being processed and 2 days later the assessor arrived. He took some photos and sent through his report. Right after they got his report i was told it was accepted and a rental car was arranged the same day. Took in my car to the requested panel beater and it was promptly repaired (estimated time was 15 days but only took 5) Had the pleasure of pickup up my car this afternoon, paid the excess and the claim was completed instantly. Very Happy client, will recommend to everyone I know!
